DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Ace Depot or Acedepot.com. It took me almost one month to get a refund from them after I ordered a brand new paper shredder and they sent me a reconditioned shredder that had the registration card partly filled out. They refused to have it picked up and said that I would have to take it to UPS myself and pay to have it shipped back. After a constant array of phone calls they finally agreed to have it picked up and each day that I called they claimed UPS would be there that day. Two weeks later that finally happened. There is an old expression that states The fish stinks from the head. In this case the head belongs to Chris Corday, the 53 year old President and owner of Ace Depot, Ace Depot.com, Letterfolders.com and Poppop Productions (*******@acedepot.com). Obviously his education at William Patterson University only taught him how to cheat, perpetrate fraud and lie to his customers. He is a pathological liar and lies so much that I think he actually starts to believe his own lies. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GET DUPED.

Honestly, if I could give this company no stars I would. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from this company. They have the WORST customer service and ACE DEPOT workers are either incompetent or their upper management, have trained their workers to be scrupulous.

I ordered a labeler for my office. Once I purchased the labeler, I hadn't received it in three weeks so when I called them about where my labeler, they told me my labeler make was either discontinued or they were out of stock. They offered to send me a different type of labeler or a refund. I opted for the refund and decided to buy the labeler from somewhere else. Ace depot even sent me two e-mails telling me my order was canceled and that I would be received a refund. How many weeks later, I was still sent over the labeler and I was not refunded. I've spent about two months trying to ring customer service for this company to refund me for the labeler that I didn't want/canceled. They claimed that the best that they could do for me was refund me after I sent back the labeler, but they refused to reinburst me for any shipping fees and or restocking fees. I thought that was an absolutely ridiculous solution considering they messed up on their part and I don't think I should be the one penalized for their false advertisements or incompetence.

SO in conclusion DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Also let me just mention, that I feel like there must be only 3 people working at this company because whenever I called to refund my order I'd get the same two people who would answer the phone, or no one would pick up the phone. This tells me they probably don't have enough working to deal with the customer service issues that come with a business.

I ordered a Panasonic cordless phone from the supplier. On receipt of the order, it was discovered that a number of the accessories were missing. A number of negative customer reviews posted online initiated doubts in my mind as to the readiness of the seller to remedy the situation. Notwithstanding, I notified the seller of the situation via the established channel and the items were promptly sent as promised. On assembling the system, I subsequently, discovered that the incorrect model for the base unit was sent. I again notified the seller who promptly shipped the correct item.
Throughout the incident, it was the owner of Acedepot, Chris, who always responded promptly and professionally to my e-mails. Though I may have been inconvenienced by the delays in having the use of the items ordered, the seller compensated for it by the excellent customer service provided. I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
