I purchased a case of 96, windsoft 2210 1 ply single bath tissue roll on 3/23/20 only because it stated in their website that they have it IN STOCK while all the rest of other suppliers say they are out of stock. After purchasing it online, I didn't receive confirmation of my purchase until a couple of hours later from Sam but when I did received the confirmation from them it's not to confirm my order but to let me know that particular item has been DISCONTINUED and NO LONGER AVAILABLE. This is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT because they are running their business on FRAUD with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. After this I called their customer service phone # *******962 and spoke with Sam who later on sent me a UPS tracking number on 3/27/20 but when I checked the status of my shipment today that order has not left their facility.
I'm a shipper and I know that you can create shipping labels in advance and don't necessarily have to ship it yet for some circumstance but our company runs an honest business which I would rarely print shipping labels. If I print shipping labels that same day, it normally goes the same day or next day but I would never create shipping label to ship next week.
I certainly don't know how they manage to stay in business when there are a lot of angry and unsatisfied customers. I did some digging on their parent company called Pop Pop Industries LLC and I find they have a lot of dba and aka using the same phone number to do their business at *******962. To me they are simply S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S and I want people to know about this. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Read all reviews first before getting scammed.
I got tricked again only after placing my order did I discover they own aceofficemachine.com which is claiming to have in stock toilet paper I ordered for our local senior center which now they are out $105.00. What low people to scam senior citizen's during the Coronavirus lock down.
I have never experienced this before. Iordered a register drawer replacement back in July. After they took my money they notified me that it is no longer in stock, I have been trying to get a refund ever since. Now they are claiming it was already deposited into my account. At this point I have to allocate even more time to go into the bank to see about getting my money back thru a chargeback? I shouldve of done that to begin with. Never again!
Sold us a cash register. Cash register came with major problems that stopped it from working or even opening. Without responding to our emails, they sent UPS to pick it up. Then for THREE MONTHS I had to call them to try to get refunded. They kept telling me "Scott" would put the full amount back on my card, and it kept not appearing. Finally, three months later, I got the refund, but they kept the shipping costs despite telling me the full amount would be refunded and despite them sending me an obviously broken product, and then blaming UPS so they could probably get reimbursed by UPS while also trying to keep my money, while also probably sending it to another customer and running the same scam again, so they could triple-dip on the same broken equipment. SERIOUSLY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY -- THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES.
Ordered a typewriter nearly two months ago. When it arrived, it was dirty and inoperable. I have been in contact with customer service via phone and email several times. Keep getting told they will resolve the issue in 24-48 hours. That last promise to resolve the issue was 3 weeks ago. DO NOT buy anything from this company.
Customer fails to mention they did not order a NEW item. They ordered a refurbished unit which will contain wear and is not a new item. Customer was sent return instructions weeks ago and never returned unit.
I ordered a pallet of water bottles May 21st My credit card was charged May 31st. Today June 25th the pallet of water arrived. We e-mailed Customer Service on May 27th and was told by Chris <*******@acedepot.com> "Next week" We e-mailed June 5th and was told we would have an update on ETA in 24 hours - nothing. We e-mailed on June 11th and asked this order to be cancelled but was informed it had already been shipped. We received today - June 25th the packing slip shows June 21st as packing/shipment date. I will not use Ace Depot ever again. I have attached the packing list showing June 21,2019 coming from North Kansas City, MO
Do not buy from here. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! If they call and ask you to change anything about your order just say no and not to charge your card. They will send you a cheaper, incorrect product and will give you the run around when you try to return the item or get your money back. Read the other reviews.
I have been trying to either exchange or get a refund for defective UV Pens for 2 months. I have spoken with Max in customer service who is also the operator and will share no contact information for anyone at the company. They tell me I will receive an email in 5-10 minutes confirming a refund and I never receive an email. I have spoken to them at least 8 times over the past two months. This is the worst customer service and seems that they are doing what they can to not fix the situation. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them
I send money and they blocked, do not respond any message, also customer service is a joke, beware with this company never buy again, i will report
We purchased an item, according to the dimensions, they shipped what they consider an upgraded item with smaller dimensions so it doesn't work. Ordered from another company USA Machines, which is the same company actually, and got the same item. It says ROLODEX and it's a cheap knockoff item. They said they would send a postage paid return twice, and sent nothing. They want to charge a 30% restock fee for an item that they feel is a upgraded replacement, but doesn't even have the same dimensions and it's not even used for the same purpose. Stay away, they will tell you on the phone what you want to hear but they are a rip-off.
Bought Brother P-Touch tapes that they had pictured. They sent a cheap knock-off and only half the order. The old "Bait & Switch". Had to call to get the rest of the tapes.
The tapes are crap... 3 tapes in a row jammed in the machine & are useless.
After 5 months, I haven't received neither my cash register or refund check. And they stop answer my phone calls. I just find out I am not the only one got fool by the company. Be aware!
Giving two stars because we did get a tracking number and I have been able to speak to people 99% of the times I've called, and the people I have spoken to have been very polite. Our first order arrived as expected.
Our second order has a tracking number for which a shipping label has been created on Oct 16, and today is Nov 1 and there is no update on where our products are. I have been trying to email their Administration to address some mistaken charges on my credit card and getting a refund for those charges and the company says it is refunded, but I haven't seen the credit come through yet. My advice is to look elsewhere
UPDATE: I had to file a complaint with the BBB because I have sent multiple requests for updates to this company and have not received anything back! The person in contact, Chris, seems to be very irritated that I am constantly asking for updates, because he will respond to my emails with only one word and now he isn't responding at all. STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS
I think Sam has to work a lot on his honesty. Because first of all he is the only owner, he is making us believe that is a big company but it is only him. Sam has to understand whatever he does is coming to back to him because the things he does to us are not honest at all. I returned the item like five months ago and he said he won't give me my money back because I reported him with my credit card company. More than 500 hundred dollars. What should we do?
Buyer beware. Like many others I wish I would have looked up this company to read reviews before purchasing through them. I had place my order over the phone and purchased my item on 09/14/17. After my call they said in 5 minutes you should receive the visa receipt for my items. I waited till 09/18/17 to call back because sometimes things come up with systems and things go wrong, after I got ahold of a sales rep I got my receipt emailed during our talk. I then proceeded to ask what the status of my order was. The rep said that my items were shipped but the tracking number had not been attached to my order. They would email me when available saying "please allow up to 24hrs to fix this issue". 2 days later I called and got the same ring around (within 24hrs we will have this resolved) this being the 3rd time I had heard those lines. They did email me tracking info, but not for my package or any package that was on record. After calling each day for a week getting the same response (please give us 24hrs to get the info), I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund, that was on 09/28/17. They said allow 24hrs for the refund process to go through. I called back the next day asking for a status update. They finally emailed me saying that they had received my request for cancellation of the order. Its been 5 business days. Still not email for cancelation or refund, and the only thing that their support staff, sales staff and managers could do for me is say "please allow up to 24hrs for us to get this resolved".
What a waste of time and money, paid for 2nd day shipping and didn't get it in 5 days so I called "customer service" and told them if it still hasn't been shipped to keep it 10 days later I got an e-mail saying that it had been shipped wish I could give 0 stars
Please be award, do not buy anything from this company. They sold us no worked cashier machine, after we return the machine, they did not refund us over one year. We called the customer service, they cannot do anything, and called the owner Chris, he never pick up the phone. Horrible company, I cannot believe that it happen in U.S.A.
I ordered from ACEDEPOT.COM on 3/16/2016 at 10:19:53 (Timex T-100 Time Clock + Same day processing $10.00) The website says that shipping is 1-3 days and that you will get an email containing the tracking information once it is processed. It has now been 13days and I have called them asking to get a tracking number (multiple times in last week) I was told only the owner has access to the shipping info due to the fact that it was drop shipped from another company. Make sure to read the reviews, I made the mistake of not doing my home work before ordering. If you are running a business and need something on time I would think twice and to the owner I would like an apology and a refund!

I received my safe from an AceDepot Store, this safe is really very well made and had a high end dial on the combination lock. Overall a great safe, I highly recommend this safe to all.
