I ordered a shredder from this company, and they sent me one completely different from what I ordered or wanted. I am disabled and needed the machine I ordered. They put you off every time you call or send them an e-mail and never remedy the problem. I am still waiting for justice and am turning them over to the Better Business Bureau and to the Arkansas Attorney General. It is horrible to have to go to this length, but I believe in honesty and taking care of your customer's needs. Please don't trust them. They lie with pleasant sounding voices.

This transaction was not ideal, but Ace Depot was diligent in correcting the issues. The incorrect item was initially shipped, and there were some difficulties in obtaining the correct replacement. However, Ace Depot and eCommerce Manager Palak Kapasi in particular were always apologetic, cooperative, and attentive. Some internal problems were identified, which Ace Depot is currently working to correct to further improve customer service going forward. The mark of good service is not only in avoiding problems but even more in how problems are addressed. While the problems with this order were frustrating at the time, they were completely addressed and the issue entirely resolved. Thanks to Ace Depot and especially manager, Palak, for their hard work in resolving this order.

I received the shredder from AceDepot a few days ago and it worked great and its micro cut is amazing. I have put this shredder through its paces and it keeps up. This product works great, good price and the right size.

Not a trustworthy vendor

Bought a laminator that we were told was back ordered, they were nice and sent us a loaner until the product was available
We never heard back from them them ever again-
When contacted they had no knowledge of our back order and of course the loaner broke.
Now we sit with a broken laminator.

I purchased the cash register from AceDepot and this cash register worked perfect for my organization. It’s easy to operate and easy to program. I highly recommend this register for any small business with simple transaction. Great service and this machine works wonderfully.

Excellent customer service

I had occasion to purchase a Brother 2840 fax machine last week. I had called to inquire as to when the item was shipped and to get a tracking number. I was happily surprised to find out that the item shipped the very same day that I placed the order. I took the tracking information, but I neglected to write the entire number. When I called back to say there was no such number, the customer service personnel not only went above and beyond to patiently provide the information again, but asked if they could do anything more to reassure me. They called the shipping company, called me back, and much to my surprise, informed me that the package was out for delivery that same day. Ace Depot provided the best pricing for the beautiful machine, and the best customer service. I highly recommend Ace Depot.

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! All of the reviews are true. Awful and dishonest company. They sent me a similar item, but cheaper. They try to be sneaky that way. Their customer support is almost not existent. Only at the beginning of your order, they answer right away, after that, welcome to ghost town! They claim to ship items 3-5 days after order placed. Big lie! It took them 3 weeks to sent me an item. They told me on the 5th day my ordered has been shipped. They plainly lied to me. The Item was shipped two weeks after they told me it was shipped. Since they told me my order has been shipped and I didn't receive nothing I tried to call several times, trying to get a tracking number or a status update, I even tried to contacted by email and facebook, their replies are generic and don't give you a clue of the status of your order. When I finally got them to answer the phone one the girls was completely unapologetic and sounded like if she just has woken up. She told me the girl in charge of my order was not longer working with them and in the laziest and tired voice proceed to tell me the shipping department would give me a status. Shipping department didn't answer and the voicemail was full. Finally I had to contact my credit card company, once my credit card company got in contact with them, they sent me a similar item, cheaper mind you. I just asked for an RMA and a 100% refund. I hope they do not try to charge me an restock fee as I have read on other reviews. I will try to update on this matter as a warning to other potential customers of them. BUYER BEWARE! Caveat emptor!

I ordered two items from Ace Depot. One of the items arrived, and it wasn't the model that I ordered. The second item never came. After calling them I discovered that they never had the second item in stock. After going back and forth over multiple phone calls, I asked them to cancel the item and refund me my money and they agreed to do that and they said it would take 48-72 hrs for processing. I never received that refund and I was never able to get them on the phone after that. I disputed the charge through my credit card company and they refunded the amount for the second item as I requested. I thought I was done with this and this morning I check my credit card transaction history and I see that Ace Depot has charged my credit card for the full amount of the original transaction again.

It is my own fault for not doing my homework and checking their reviews online before making my purchase, because one Google search is all it would have taken to reveal what kind of company Ace Depot is. I'm quite convinced that what they're practicing is not incompetence but fraud. I feel like there needs to be legal action taken against them to shut them down and for them to make reparations to the people they've scammed.

Ordered product that was free shipping, they did not ship wanting $45 for shipping. I canceled they agreed but charged me both for the product and the shipping I never agreed to and oh yes never shipping the product. Amex called and dispute initiated. So this is what you should expect. Stay way from Ace.

This is 100% inaccurate, Here are the FACTS the customer ordered a SAFE a 50lb. Safe and clearly stated on our website all SAFES because of weight they do not qualify for our free freight program. This is not a bait and switch as we have not switched anything all we did is clarified our free shipping program which the customer failed to read. All we ask is for a fair review which this is not, we have over 97% positive comments and have been in business for over 22yrs

Worst of the worst

I made a purchase got the wrong product, I have called them aver 15 times and finally I told them to refund me and they said they would - I never got a dime. Now they dont answer the phones. What a joke of a company.

I am very happy with the services provided by the AceDepot team. Really appreciable. I had bought a product from their store which had got some defect. I informed the matter to them to which they not only replaced the product but also shipped it to me within 2 days. Quite recommendable.

This small Zip Note machine stays on my desk and the push of a button allows a "post-it" like note to slide forth to be torn off at the proper length needed. I was unable to find replacement rolls at local office supply stores but was able to resupply through Ace Depot. Will be using them from now on. Their website was easy to use; their process efficient, their shipping great and I have my wonderful, little machine back. Thanks Ace Depot.

Dishonest Scammers

Please read all the 5 star reviews and you will see a speech pattern and poor grammar. You will realize they are all written by the same person. They can't even get real, positive reviews so they have their own employees write them. Absolutely disgusting way to run a "business ". Please save yourself the Hassel and shop elsewhere. I can provide email trai k so if you are interested in seeing the pain I went through dealing with these people.

Very satisfied with the service we got from AceDepot. I purchased two used cordless phones. One of the phones was determined to have a bad charging base. One inquiry to AceDepot was all it took to get a replacement charging base on the way! Very satisfied with the way they handled the whole process. Will buy in confidence from them again!

Normally I have my Christmas shopping complete in August. This year my sister procrastinated and sent me her list the week before Christmas. I placed an order through Amazon for a contemporary type of handset for a wireless phone through Ace Depot. First, I was so excited they had something other than the traditional ugly handset, this handset is sleek and fits a contemporary room perfectly. When I completed my order, it gave me a receive date in January. Although disappointed, I canceled the order because I needed it by Christmas. I gave this as my reason. The next business day, I received an email from the folks at Ace Depot telling me they could two-day ship so it would be here by Christmas. I was so happy to hear this! My sister received one of the main items on her wish list, and Ace Depot made it happen! I won't hesitate to order through them again.

Stay away!

Stay away! Ordered a shredder that the site said would be delivered in about a week. Called 10 days later to be told they did not have any stock and they could sell me a different shredder. I asked to cancel the transaction. They said no problem and I would see a credit within 10 days. I realized 6 weeks later I did not get a credit and called them. They said they would credit us right away and even gave us a confirmation number. It is now 10 days later and no credit was received. I have had to spend the last hour trying to get through to them. Finally gave up and went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a hassle! This company sucks. Liars!
