They do deliver and the products are good but the shipping time is so slow that they deserve no more than 3 stars. You need to add express options.

I ordered two replacement drawers for our registers. About three weeks later I finally received the order, but only to be disappointed. I received only one drawer and it was the wrong one. Almost two months later I am still making phone calls to try to get this resolved. I have been promised tracking info for the correct items at least five six times and I never actually get any tracking info. I got to the point where I just told them I was not interested in their merchandise any more and that I just would like a refund. They will not do it. I keep getting lines like:" your items have already shipped. We cannot give a refund". But I never have received the items or the tracking information for these items. Try to get a manager on the line and they will just connect you to a voicemail. Bad bad customer service.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE A VICTIM OF THEIR UNTRUSTWORHTY BUSINESS PRACTICES. BUYER BEWARE!
Worst customer service ever! If I could rate them minus 10 stars I would. Stay away from this company and their related company, aceofficemachines.com, as well. I bought a refurbished Brother printer that came without all its pieces/parts (which, by the way would not have worked even if it had all its pieces/parts). So basically they sell garbage. It took forever to get them to send a prepaid return shipping label, and then, even though they emailed me that the refund I requested had been issued, 15 days later, still no refund. I finally contacted my credit card company and formally disputed the charge. I have 14 emails back and forth with what turns out to be the worst customer service department I've ever had the displeasure to have to work with. Do yourself a favor and find another company from which to purchase your office equipment. You'll be glad you did!
I have ordered from them twice over the past month and both times have been great. I am mostly satisfied with the quality of the product and the time of delivery. The prices are also reasonable and should fit for everyone. Thanks
The worst company I have ever dealt with. There customer service rep's lie to you about resolving any issue's you may have with their products. Been given run around for over the past 3 weeks and issue's are still not resolved and no refund either. Would not recommend this company to anyone... one star is to much for this company!
They don't even deserve a single star! Ordered a typewriter, took over a month to receive. It was broken and I could never get any customer service help. I disputed the charge with my CC Company, and they decide it's ok to charge my card again after two months WITHOUT authorization. I will be disputing and blocking this company.

I placed an order for a new cash register they had listed as available on their site. They advised it was not available. I told them that their replacement would be fine as long as it worked like the other one and was new. They sent a damaged refurbished register. They then advised that a new machine was not available. I advised them to refund my money and send a pickup for the machine. They refused and said they could only replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never received a confirmation of my order and payment. Very poor telephone connection every time. Hard to understand the reps. Had to repeat myself several times before they understood me. Had to follow up on my order several times because there were no communications. More than a month after ordering and more painful phone calls, I was told my order had been cancelled as it was out of stock. This was never communicated to me. No emails went to my spam folder; I checked it regularly. It feels like a very shady operation. I recommend everyone stay away.
This is a total sham... They send you defective merchandise then do not refund or replace. Im stuck with a broken typewriter that was suppose to be NEW. Stay Away.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE COVID PLAGUE. Horrible (non-existent) customer service. Ordered pads for a conference on Oct 2,2020 in time for a conference on Oct 21. Paid for 3-day UPS. Was shipped on Oct 17th, arrived on 10/23, TOO LATE TO BE USED. Actually arranged with UPS to divert to conference location. All AceD had to do was confirm their UPS shipper's acct number. NEVER HAPPENED. Anyone need 144 writing pads?
This is a criminal company. Order something and they never ship it, they won't respond to requests for a refund. And then they will fraudulently charge you for the same amount AGAIN. Do not so "business" with these thieves. We are filing a police report. These people belong in jail. Shame on me for not looking up the overwhelming number of bad reviews for these crooks... don't make the same mistake!
RUN AWAY AND STAY AWAY. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDULENT CON ARTISTS. YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, THEY WILL KEEP YOU MONEY, AND WILL NEVER REFUND IT. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the NJ Attorney General's Office, the Secretary of State of NJ to revoke their corporate status, and to the local District Attorney, Consumer Fraud Division as well as the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Fraud Division. The only reason I was able to get my money back was because I knew a lawyer in NJ who was prepared to file lawsuit against them, and was prepared to make it a class action to include everyone who has ever left a review or comment that they had been ripped off by them, even if we didn't have their names, as we could name them as "to be named at a later date." STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!
I'm writing this review not as a customer, but as a company whose product is sold (NOT anymore!) by this horrible website. They sold product of ours to a third party, received the payment from that third party, and we have been chasing them to pay US for over a year! Our collection agency has also met with a brick wall. DO NO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They not only cheat the consumer, they cheat the companies whose products they are selling!
Purchased a wireless speaker. Did not realize it was refurbished. It did not work. Had a very had time returning it. NO refund after 16 days. Customer service was poor maybe due to Covid or maybe NOT.

Ace Depot is one of several fraudulent ink companies taking advantage of those who are having trouble finding ink for their older printers. Their methods are the same
-Take your money then send the wrong product, a broken product or no product at all.
-Blame you for being defrauded by them.
-Answer a negative review with bald-faced lies.
-Never give you a refund or only after a long, slow process.
-Respond in emails with dubious English grammar which questions their American addresses.
In my case, Ace Depot told me they sent my order which I never received. Then told me the product no longer existed. Then never answered my request for a refund until after I posted a negative review. Then blamed me for giving a negative review. After nearly three months, I have not received a refund of the $135 they took from me.
For your own safety, deal with legitimate companies with names you recognize. Ace Depot is a fraud.
After going through three New Jersey consumer protection agencies and waiting eight months, I finally got a refund for the ink they never sent me. Their response throughout was disgraceful and deceitful. Still a company to avoid.
Yes we have been in business for 27yrs. --makes sense. Customers fails to write. They sent us an email --asking a question of status of order THEN 5 mins later left this giving US no chance to reply. Very fair.
I ordered a refurb paper shredder. Ace depot sent a tracking number that showed no movement for 2 weeks. I called 5+ times, sent two emails requesting the order be canceled and sent messages via the web site. It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a working tracking number and proof that the shredder had been shipped, even though I requested the order be canceled! When it arrived, the packing was horrible... the box had huge holes in it and it looked beat up. The shredder was extremely dirty and looked like it was picked up at a yard sale! It works but how long will that last.
If you think this company is the same as ACE Hardware it is not! They sell things they have no intention of sending and then they don't return your money. My credit card gave me my money back, they did not. I filed with the Better Business Bureau who forwarded it to the New Jersey Attorney General. Hope the do something. This company should not be in business.
