For 3 months I have been calling in very politely to cancel my membership fee and for 3 months they have been collecting my fee. Pls tell me who can I speak to make this complaint and get a refund. I am done paying off my loan and I requested to not have a membership fee.
This is ridiculous
I want someone to get back to me ASAP!

Do not buy from them u pay on furniture that you don't have or will never get. Always hear excuses on why you don't have the product and you can't even get the display models they wont give those up. They give u a date on when you get the product and they push the date out further
Save your self some time and effort not to go there big $#*! scam you are better going to rent a center or aarons (arona).

After being a couple of days late, they would not allow me to make a payment arrangement. I asked to speak with a supervisor &' I was told "NO"... they called me from multiple different numbers, I returned the phone call &' whomever left the voicemail on my phone was no longer an employee there... Basically harassing me, making threats!

This is the worst possible contract you can get in there not helpful they don't work with you I really hated hear the customer service sucks you get disconnected they do not return your call when they obviously have your phone number they are not helpful the terms are not explained to you fully I am not satisfied in I would not recommend to anyone not even an enemy

I joined with a deal if you pay the lease off in 120 days no interest (2300$) you'll be done if not it's 5000total and after the 120 days a new lease starts and all payment made are erased. Not even a month in it popped up on my credit report as a personal loan of 5000 not 2300. On top of that the women that sold me said ofc I don't have to just make the minimum but could pay more to actually finish paying off within the 120 day period. When I called to make the payment the women was affirmative and aggressive on the fact that I could only pay the minimum but could pay it all off at once‍ Not more than the minimum. Then when I finally made her go check with a manager she said ok and hung up on me. Terrible customer service

Don't waste time they will finance you but you will pay forever when you call them they said you did not meet time frame payment so the payments jump back to 100% interest lol!. Please! Please!. Be aware and they are rude too no professionalism talking to customers. Follow them on Twitter you will see people's complaints

I furnished my whole house using this program. If you do not read the contract, you will get caught with the scam. I give it three stars because I was able to get a king sized bedroom set, a leather sectional for my family room, full dining room set, a banquette, leather living room set, a full size console among other things... l used the program 3 times and came away with about 30K worth of furniture for a little less than 10K BECAUSE I was very pointed with my questions and I made them note specific dates on the contract. I also planned to make payments a week earlier than was noted in the event the reps were not forthright.

Acceptance Now-All types of insurances were added without us being told. This was very unfortunate because until we realized that their service was good.

I was paying monthly payments. With insurance 200.00 a month. I took out the loan in August 2019. Pay on time until. May 2020. Lost my job the. Insurance didn't pay the 4 months. From some apparent reason. Now I owe the 4 month with late fee.im taking them to court. For false advertisements. I have paid 1700. 00 plus they want then4 months. And the bed set was. 599.00 and the mattress was 499.and the junk falling apart. I hate bob. S they need to close there doors.

I was charged over double in interest in taxes for what I financed not worth financing. I would recommend going somewhere else to finance.

I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase furniture with Bob's using AcceptanceNow. Why? Well. I purchased living room coffee table that was priced at $325.00, I overlooked my 120 days to pay off and ended up paying double for what I paid. All this was during the height of the Pandemic. I contacted customer service requesting their support on my error and they gave me the run around.
So that being said. I urge you not to use AcceptanceNow. If you do just stay on top of your deadline to payoff.

I wish I had come across this site before I made a purchase through these scammers. They give you one price during your agreement and then add on an additional 15% and "club fees" so only part of your payment is actually going towards your product w/out your knowledge. That cost me an extra $200.00 on top of the fees they actually tell you about. Its such a rip off. They also report on your credit a much higher $ amount so it looks like you haven't paid as much and actually lowers your score. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use acceptanceNow for anything!

Leased furniture in the amount of $900, have made $700 in payments so far. Called to find my balance and was told I had to pay for 14 months at 182.00. That comes to $2,048. What a profit they made, and what a way to rip off the elderly. After I pay the $900, we are thru. We offered to give back the merchandise, but they would not do that either. Think a lawyer needs to be involved, and I have also contacted the BBB in the State that their corporate office is in..

Using this service was THE WORST mistake my husband and I ever made! This people are a scam. You end up paying much more than what the item is worth and they have shady practices. The customer service reps are out of control as well. They have no credibility! I will make sure I share these reviews with anyone I know even thinking of getting involved with Acceptance Now.

Living through a pandemic these people do not provide any email or postal mail services for them to send you the receipt. They want you to come in to pick it up.

The representative from Bob's furniture on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers, NY has never been helpful. I called to closeout my account back in November and he suggested I paid it off in December and never gave me a date. Now I had to pay more when I could have paid it off when I spoke to Cezar in November.

If you have the money just pay it off and don't allow them to convince you otherwise. I will never use this company again. Ever!

This is the second time I called to increase the amount of my monthly payments and they charged my card for the new amount right then even though I already made my payment this month and I specifically said it was for my next months payment. This is the second time they took my last dime. Last time I let it go because it was my last payment. This time I need $225 put back in my account. They also got me in their discount club but didn't mention it is $35 a month which will be triple the amount of the discount. I will never use them again or go to a Rooms to Go again. I bought a living room set for $2,450 on June 2020. My wife and I had a budget of $2,000 and we wanted to stay with in our budget but, a sales person convinced us to buy a more expensive piece of furniture for $2,450 and told we can pay our $2,000 and finance the rest ($450). They had computer issue the day of the purchase and told us that they will have to financed the full $2,450 and to pay our $2,000 and to pay the the remaining $450 before 01/09/2020 to avoid any fees. Is December and we want to pay pay it off but they are telling we have to pay $1,999 because we we were supposed to pay the remaining $450 before 120 days. And they are charging interest from the full $2,450 and not just the $450. This is a legal scamming company. They could just finance 450$ they had to finance $2,450 just so we pay more interest. Oir family was impacted by covid19 and now this company is just sending people to bankruptcy.

I bought furniture from Rooms To Go and had it financed for 90 days through Acceptance Now. I was told that I have to make a total ( all inclusive) payment of 3518. 11 if I pay it within 90 days. I made a payment of 1200 a month back and called them again today to make another payment and was surprised to hear that only 969 of 1200 was applied to balance. From what I learnt today that even if I am paying within 90 days I will be paying approximately $400 more. Folks please stay away from this company.

I purchased some furniture and Jessica at the myrtle beach location has handled my account extremely well! When there was hickups she handled it with great professionalism. Since my first purchase ive now purchased more furniture with Victoria at highpoint furniture in Sumter, S. C. Again i highly recommend highpoint furniture/acceptance now as Veronicas customer service exceeded my expectations., as did Erich who assisted me in picking out my purchase. I will be a repeat customer!
