I never want or wish that someone have business with the worst company ever… they took from you until the last breath to pay high interest and more… it's really is ilegal
Spoke with rep Jeremy through my recent Bob's Furniture purchase. Very nice, detailed, smart and understanding. Very helpful with my delivery schedule. The business relationship between Acceptance Now and Bob's Furniture was great to witness as a customer to both!
If I could do negative stars, i would. We applied & were told that if we kept up with our monthly payment in four months that we wouldn't incur interest & our purchase would be paid off. Then we started getting notifications for charges twice a month, phone calls saying we were "late" on payments (which was impossible since they were still auto withdrawing monthly) Now a completely different person starts handling our account, calling & being very rude, laughed that we were "No where NEAR" done paying off our purchase.
I tried calling the business that we made purchase from (Bob's Furniture) & they told me in their system we were paid in full, that I had to talk to the finance kiosk within the store. I spoke with supervisors instead of dealing with the rude representative that I had before, but got NO call backs. I have paid over DOUBLE what the furniture cost was.
I wish we had paid in full to begin with. Only reason we went through finance was because we could pay it off in four months (to have extra cash on hand for emergencies.)
Now they keep auto charging me with cost increasing for NO reason.
I purchased a bedroom set in which I was supposed to receive within 3 weeks. Didn't receive it for 8 months yet I was being harassed for payments but never an HONEST update as to when my order would arrive. Now I am getting UNAUTHORIZED charges taken out of my account. I have called, left messages and nobody is calling me back. This has happened twice. Then they tell me Value City and Acceptance Now are two different companies, they don't communicate with each other so I have to keep going back and forth with both of them. GHETTO!
Horrible company! Do not sign any agreement with this company, they are ripping you off! Predatory lenders!
I took 2,000 loan and there was a 60 days return and we call for return 15 days after purchase and no one help, we ent to the store and after 7 time they promise me they wont report me as late or damage my credit.3 month later they send me collection for 5,000 and damege my credit over 100 point and keep reporting every month. Dont do it!
Please don't select auto pay, they will deduct your account every day, instead of monthly. Pay ONLINE!
If I could give -10 stars I would! I went in to make a payment and asked what the payoff amount would be. The lady then highlighted the amount and told me the amount, also stating that the amount would change after Oct 29th. I went into the store on Oct 21 with the exact amount. I was then told I needed 180.00 more to pay it off. I wanted to put the extra (which I should not have had to pay) on my card. Well, the supposed manager had to call someone to see how to do this since she already cashed me out in the computer. I then asked her to please write PAID IN FULL sign and date my receipt because nowhere on that paper did it state that my account was paid off. She then was refusing to date the paper and got irritated that at this point demanded that she date it, due to the date being printed on the paper. I wanted it dated so that her signature was proven to be done that same day. When I asked to speak with her boss, she then told me that she was the boss and there was no one above her. I didn't know she was the owner of Acceptance now! These people are a rip off along with Bob's Furniture who they work hand in hand with! I will never due business with them ever again! Please heed my warning and stay far away from these blood suckers!
Dont use these people they charge way to much i had my fridge 1 month paid off i thought they say i still owe 190.00 pait 850 for it there charging me 400 more interest and fees im paying off in
90 days it even says no interest or fees its only been not even a month i payed over 800 so far not worth never deal again i always used progressive so fare warning dont use acceptance now rip off go to progressive best no extra if payed off in 90 days im going back to them good luck do not use these people D
Worst experience. AcceptanceNow is a rip off. Do not use them unless you plan to payoff your item as soon as possible otherwise you pay almost triple of what it is actually worth. The other downside is if you request a new payment date they put back into a new contract. The companies that use them shld be ashamed.
I purchased a queen and a kind set for my son and I and I decided to use Accept Now services. When I went in to pay off my balance I was helped by Nahyr Hutsell. She was amazing asked her my payoff balance! Let's just say she Went above and beyond with her customer service. As a single mom she really helped me out when It came to that payoff balance. I Highly recommend her! I will be using their services again if needed. Thank you
I forgot about the "same as cash" period … no big deal but when I looked at my agreement… my price should have only been $400 over retail … I just realized I have almost paid 3 times the price for my sofa. I use to get emails telling me what my early purchase price was … after 3 months no more emails. When I called about this I was told that it's my fault that I'm not getting emails and should check my spam folder although I verified my email address with the representative. I will be contacting my states attorney general so that I can get my money back that has been over paid. I will also be filing a dispute with my bank.

I paid this people off and they claim i did not this is the worst company ever. Now im stuck paying my item off twice. They charged my debit card my side said approved thank you there side of the screen went black supposedly. Ive shown them my bank statement where its posted under their company name but still want more money WTF its paid off greedy azzholes.
Melissa made my experience at acceptance now outstanding. She understands and is very knowledgeable other than employees who I talked to a couple of times. I could not ask for better customer service, Thank you Melissa you are amazing! Negative I would say calling a customer more than once a day, especially a customer who never has had a late payment but once, and was set up to do a buyout. Melissa was the only one who notated my account properly and didn't call me every other day but called when I advised her I would pay. I received two calls in one day from one employee who did not properly read my account. If you purchase anything I recommend working with melissa only if possible.

So they claim you have same as cash for 120 which is a complete and udder lie because my purchase was only 650 so how is I owe over 1k for a bed which they didn't even put together correctly so it started to fall apart. I complained and they refused to fix was wrong and blamed me for it. Next they said I only owed $175 after I was out with covid which means I was out of work and I called them and sent them all the proof and they declined my claim saying the insurance doesn't cover covid when I was told it does especially if I am out of work which I was even with proof. Now I'm getting reports on my credit that now I owe 750 when how tf is that. Honestly avoid these people they lie and make up as they go and funny they lied about the insurance coverage and my pay out when it meant they were no longer getting money from me so they jacked up my credit with lies and the pay out yet when I was paying not once were they reporting it
This is the worst company ever. Take my word for it or you will wish you had. Puzzled how the hell this company is allowed to operate.
I bought a dinette table and decided to use acceptance now inside of Nebraska Furniture mart in The Colony Texas they told me that I could only do a monthly payment and that my payments would come out on a monthly date one time per month on my pay date since I am paid semi monthly this turned out to be a lie they tried to draft my payment on the beginning of the month cause me all types of financial problems. When I called them to alert them as to what I was told initially the manger in the Store Dustin was rude and told me he is the store manager and that my payments will not be changed and that he is not obligated to help me solve that issue. When I asked him what his last name is so I could report him to corporate he said we don't give out last names. When I asked him who his boss was he said Chris Wolfe. I said you won't give me your last name but you will give me his I was just beyond done at this point his unprofessional approach and lack of any type of empathy even made Nebraska Furniture Mart look bad as they really shouldn't allow a company such as this to engage in any type of business with customers that are looking to buy goods and services. I have dealt with acima and snap in the past and never have I been treated like I was treated by acceptance now that is inside of Nebraska furniture mart In the COLONY TEXAS. He even told me I am the store manager so you will deal with me until the account is settled. What ever you do don't buy from them they are rude untruthful and very very unprofessional you have been warnwd
Good afternoon, im writing this BAD REVIEW because DO TO THE FACT of YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICES in Many ways, these guys didn't close my account ON TIME and you charged me AGAAIN for something that was already paid OFF. An amount of $317.78 was automatically charged to my capital one credit card. Is been a month and i call over to your office and spoke to Amanda who was BEYOND RUDE! And ended up with just an answer of " i will see what i can do because there's nothing I can do, i need to speak with the manager who is in charge of 20 store so i can even tell you when we will have an answer!" so on top of the mistake YOU guys made i get nasty attitude from the customer service as if it was MY FAULT! So my advice DOOO NOTTTT USE THIS SERVICE EVER!
It is the worst mistake i have ever made,... a set the was priced at $2000? End up costing me $5,000 and some. Change.
Answer: AcceptanceNow is a legit company; however, they definitely take advantage of people with how they offer financing. Please…please don't use them if you can't pay off your item as soon as possible. The companies that use them shld do better.
