AAA Covered Me Today

My car broke down today and would not restart, called AAA call center and they dispatched technician that arrived quickly and helped me bring my car home and pushed back into my garage, The technician driver was an Angel and deserves significant pay increase and his wings, So professional and regular person like all of us. Been a member with AAA for many years and will continue to renew my membership for roadside. Highly suggest being a member because the vehicle manufacture does not cover out of warranty. I have been rescued by AAA each time when called for help, The tow driver and call center rep kept me updated with the arrival time of tow truck to my breakdown destination.

Stranded

My car broke down in the middle of the road. I had a gentleman push it out of the way while I called AAA at 9:30pm. I received a text message to receive assistance by 1:30am. The time for assistance kept getting later and later so I called a local towing company. They came.

Flat tire!

I was at work and was leaving for my lunch break and noticed my rear driver's side tire was flat as a pancake. I went into my Bluelink and asked for Roadside assistance and submitted my need. Kevin Miller, with Jim's Auto came to the rescue. Luckily, he was able to plug my tire and he had me up and running in no time. I really appreciate his demeanor and professionalism! Thank you, Kevin! This is the worst company ever really it's not worth it the membership and going through the problem and the stress and the time that you have to wait to get a tow truck they have no respect no tow company wants to do their jobs and that's why it's taking too long for them to find a tow truck at times they have lost the respect they have no respect and do to no respect you get no respect

Stealing from customer

I pay for the premium package that allows for a free battery if we need one. But when we need the battery they want us to pay for a battery and hope I can get reimbursed for the battery that's already in my plan. I have to pay AAA twice for the same item in essence

Horrible service!

Waited for 5 hours for a tow truck. After 1 or 2 updates, no one responded. Tow truck never came. After many years, we will be canceling our account.

I paid $120 and they never towed my car

I upgraded my membership so I could be towed more than 5 miles. On the phone triple a told me that they would temporarily park it in their parking lot, and deliver it to where it needs to be once the membership officially upgrades (already paid the $125). Triple A towed my car to their parking lot instead of my destination- now they refuse to tow my car since it's in their parking lot, where their attendant parked my car. When my membership officially kicked in, I ordered a tow. Triple A lied to me. They previously said they would tow it when the membership kicks in- they didn't tell me that they could not tow the car from their own parking lot. Despite the employees lying time and time again to my face, they still will not tow my car as promised. My car window was also broken while parked in the triple a parking lot The company has a bad ethics problem.

AAA AIN'T COMING!

Rainy Friday morning. My wife's car dies. Call's me at 4:50am 10 miles from home. I call AAA at 5am. Need to download an App to get help. Input all info on app, help is coming by 6:19. NO TOW TRUCK CAME! Called back 5 times. All I got was excuses. NO TRUCK EVER CAME. 7:30am I called for a Tow Truck myself. Erichsen's Towing was there in 11 minutes. AAA IS A SCAM! THEY AIN'T COMING! AAA DON'T CARE! THEY AIN'T COMING! DON'T CALL CAUSE THEY AIN'T COMING!

I have been a member since 1995 and I have received the WORST Roadside service the past 2 times which was non provided! The first was when my wife was locked out of her vehicle at 11 pm and called AAA and was told someone would be out to assist her, she received updates saying someone would be there. She had to stay with neighbor. The next morning I called AAA about the lack of my wife's assistance to her call and was informed they couldn't find anyone to send out! AAA should have let her know so she could find another tow service. The second time was when she had a flat and called to get assistance, she waited 2 hours and still no AAA! She canceled the call and called another tow company and had assistance in 15 minutes!
DO NOT GET AAA! Look elsewhere!

If you were in Maine, you were most likely will not get AAA battery service from 10 AM to 7 PM. They are unable to provide 24 hour service in Central, Maine. When a truck to get to me, the man said that he's been working all night and it was slow night. He also said he just got the call to come give me a jump

IF YOU THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY. FIRST FOR PICK UP YOU CAR ONLY COVER 5 MILES 5 MILES IS NOTHING SO YOU NEED PAY ANY WAY IS YOU HAVE SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE TIRE YOU NEED Waiting hours. ANY way I don't think this company help I no want nothing with this company is loss money.

My husband waited for more that 2 hours under florida sun 98 degrees, not acceptable. They said they don't have enough trucks. We pay every year and never used it, and we need it doesn't work. Very disappointing.
Update, AAA never come, I had to go and help my husband, AAA lied, they said the town truck was there, but it wasn't, he wait for 4 hrs.

I would give zero stars but it doesn't allow you to. My car broke down, I called in a tow at 5p was told I should have a tow truck out to me by 5:47p which is fine I get it things take time I'm even fine with 2 hour wait inconvenient yes but it's doable. Fast forward 8 and a half hours later 1:35a being told they don't have a truck to get me and that I could leave the car unattended which means leaving the door unlocked with the keys, that wasn't happening or to call a tow company myself and pay out of pocket and if they fine it's refundable then they will refund it. Customer service rep said it's because I'm getting it towed to my house which is 41 miles away he's not that dumb he would get it towed closer. I was lost for words I just sat in my car for eight hours you're telling me you're not coming for me at 1:35a you cancel the tow altogether and call me dumb. No Uber or lift will pick me up at this time and I'm 41 miles from home. What's the point of paying for a service that you can't use and on top of it I pay for the most miles being towed. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or you time.

AAA Towing office does not take responsibility for their drivers doing damage to people's cars especially seniors, by refusing to pay a claim and not telling member they close claim. Just because I have older car is why they refuse to fix cause of cost. My car had no damage before this, so they should pay for repairs they caused regardless of how old the car is. I've been a member for 40 yrs and this is how they want to treat their seniors. I'm looking for new company & taking AAA towing to court. People shouldn't have to go thru this. Driver of truck that did the damage shouldn't be driving putting clients vehicles at risk.

I called AAA tow service after getting stuck in mud on on-ramp of I-10 fwy during rain storm in New Orleans, LA. I called apx 2:01pm and was hung up on. Reconnected apx 2:10pm and was told by 3:40pm look for truck. Ok, it's raining and they are probably very busy. 2:20pm Mary called from tow company to verify my location and gave same time of a 3:40pm arrival. 3:15pm DOT towed me off the ramp and I cancelled the AAA tow. 5:49pm I received a call from the AAA driver that he was on his way. SMH. They even sent me an email with the caption: Request Roadside Assistance in Under 5 minutes, [REQUEST not RECEIVE]. I've received many years of SEPERB service nation wide until this occurence in NOLA.

We have used AAA roadside assistance a half-dozen times in the 30 or so years we've had it and we are always pleased with the service we're given.

Today, my 1992 Ford Ranger wouldn't start and it took only a half-hour for AAA to arrive. Brad took great care of us. It turns out our battery was ten years old. He installed a new battery in no time and our truck fired right up. He couldn't have been more pleasant or efficient.

Over the years, we've called AAA roadside assistance for either dead batteries or flat tires when out-of-state. They are always prompt, efficient, professional and reasonable. We're AAA customers for life.

Poor service

I first of all needed AAA road side service six years ago. I had a card and a cancelled check. They told me I didn't have any service and wouldn't help me. Now I have to travel for work so I took the plunge and hoped they were better. I am not at my home state and was trying to set up the app. It kept giving me errors. So when I called the number they said it was the wrong department transferred me to someone in California. Which is not my home state, but wasn't asked about what my home state was. I was trying to explain and he started talking and then when I started again. He got snippy and cut me off and said "do you want my help or not?" He talked me like I was an idiot. He was only kind of helpful like five minutes into the conversation. He kept telling me i am not calling the right state and I need to call the right state to get IT help. Why would I need to call someone?when afterward he gave me an actual website address that did help. This company customer service and how they work needs some serious work. Their app is basically mostly advertisement on what other services they have. If I didn't need them I wouldn't use them.

AAA is a scam

AAA is a scam. I would not recommend them to anyone. Other family members and I experienced issues with them. When you call for towing no one is available to tow you. Every time I would call them they would tell me know one is available in my area. I had to call every hour to see if a wrecker was on their way and that whole day went by without me getting service. I just called a family member to pick us up from where we were stranded and I had to call another towing company to come get me. If you have to do this every time you call why pay AAA then. The AAA employees are rude as well. Once you request a refund from AAA they will delay so you will most likely have to take action to get them to respond back to you otherwise they won't. It's best to find another towing service or just pay a wrecker as needed. I've canceled my membership with them.

Flat tire

I woke up and realized I had a flat tire… instead of panicking and trying to fix it myself in this 90° weather I called triple A. They calmed me down & assisted me with every problem and consern I had. Bill was a great dude and finished the job in less than 10 minutes. Definitely refer Bill! Excellent job!
