I can't what happen to us we call AAA for road side service they said in 45 we in Victorville ca in 115 heater no ac because fan belt broke we waited 4 hour but never came in 115 heat then I knew I do something I find out we was close to Chevy I puss it to Chevy dealer then I call them back I move to safety location but they never came to new location we left truck at Chevy dealer I call next day for them to pick up the truck to move it to other Chevy there said no because I need to be with truck I should left the truck I have no choice they want to wait with truck over 20 hours unbelievable I have road side service with car insurance for free but always thought AAA was a good American company I see now there are not

Charged my credit card for a full year, without my permission. I agreed to pay only by the month. I'll never use this company again!

I had gotten off of work. Ran into Walmart came out car wouldn't start so I called AAA. The Phoenix location had a very rude customer service agent, and the wait was Six hours.so I had to call another towing company and pay out 201$ plus the 100$ for the AAA service.if AAA team members would just be honest I could have saved 100$.Honestly there should be no reason for it to take six hours to get a tow back to your home but you live you learn and I've really learned just not so use their services.

Horrible customer service. Not recommended. They do not care that you are stranded in an unsafe location. This is the 2nd time this has happened with them.just avoid them.

I've been waiting for tower service since 11.30 PM, in the center of Miami Brickell! They are not able to send you any towing! They are all lying to you!
It's now 4.07AM! I'm still in the street waiting for them to tow my car! CONGRATULATIONS AAA!
Every 30 or 40 mn they them you the driver is on his way! They have people who answer the call they don't even know what they are saying, they cannot do anything for you! They make fun of you!
THEY DON'T CARE AVOUT YOU!

AAA left a 24 year old girl stranded on the highway 11:30 pm. Called and after an outrageous wait on hold was told 5:30 the next morning is soonest someone can help her. She ended up having to get a tow company and paying out of pocket. AAA gets 3 membership fees. When we call for service they don't show up. Basically stealing from members and not providing the service customers pay for. Explains 1.2 star rating with BBB.

I purchased AAA roadside with additional RV towing service. 3 days ago they sent a flatbed truck to tow my 5th wheel which cannot be done. After talked to over 10 employees and a supervisor repeatedly telling them I had a 5th wheel they sent another flatbed truck to tow a car and the driver said he was not told he had to tow a 5th wheel. I called again and the AAA employee yelled at me and said I never told them it was a 5th wheel even though the 1st tow driver called them and told them he could not tow a 5th wheel RV. The rude lady today told me triple a could not help me and I had to get it towed in my own. I have never been treated so bad by a company in all my 64 years!

After fifteen calls and only one person to tell the truth waited over four hours for a tow truck because had a flat and no spare. Then they take out renewal forty-five days before they are due and even though you cancel take three weeks to give you a refund and will not let your bank dispute your credit card transaction and you have to wait those twenty-one (21) days before you get your payment released then on the twenty-second day it hits your bank. You talk about No Customer Service they are full of none. If you need road side AAA is XXX try someplace else.

Been a member for over 20+ years. In 2021 I called AAA at 10:30 a.m. to tow my car that broke down in a dangerous spot. Called several times for updates. Each time 2-4 more hours. At 10:45 P.M. now they called to tell me, "we are still trying to find you a tow truck! What the hell, 12 hr and no service. I called a truck myself and car was home in 35 min. Same thing happened to my girlfriend. Car broke down. Called about 2. Tow truck never showed up. Few months later her grandson (on her acct) called AAA with assistance with a stuck car. AAA refused to assist. AAA can no longer provide what they claim. DO NOT BUY AAA.

The ETA for a tow went from 15 mins to 75 to "soon" then dispatch says 90 more and they still haven't arrived. This service is useless.

We called for our Business truck that broke down on 684 to be towed Monday am early, our technician was able get it off the Highway. When we spoke to AAA (not understanding and rude transferred to manager) said we couldn't use our technician that was with the vehicle it had to be a person with a card. Lucky for us our son was home from school (not working himself) we had to send him to the vehicle to wait. A major inconvenience for all, In the past we had our work truck towed without a problem not sure of the change but not happy. Very long time customer unsatisfied

Reading their website it says you get 4-5 tows on their best package. Absolutely not true. Shame on them.

4 hours waiting for a tow, many calls, the information is the same. The driver is 30 minutes away. Driver never came! I had to pay for my own tow.Terrible service and no longer trustworthy

AAA used to be a great service. Now you pay for it and receive nothing. They won't drop a car at your house if you have a dirt or gravel driveway. They won't travel on a dirt road regardless of it is county maintained or not. They will leave you sitting on the side of the road for hours before they decide If your address is acceptable. Rude customer service and terrible policies. Save you $ and get road side assistance from your insurance.

We popped a tired on the highway. We were stuck on the side of I-91 for 3 hours. We put an online request in and they didn't put a red flag on us. (When you break down on the highway you get a red flag. Due to danger level). We even called and didn't see a tow truck at all. Such a horrible service!

Trying to get AAA to come get my vehicle here in Florida was a far more worse experience than getting a root canal... I waited on first call 3.5 hrs & then only to be told the vender has cancelled my tow! (yes AAA does not have there own trucks) they sublet to cheap vendors that sometimes take the call, but most not! & then dispatch could not find anyone to pick up my car on a wed at 6pm & was advised to get my own company. Wth why do I pay $168 a year for gold premium service when I can't even get bronze crappy service... dont waste anymore $$$ on AAA anything pay the $16 premium with your auto Ins policy and go through your car policy.

Been stuck here 14 hours. No one has shown up to tow us. Have to cancel, found a local company that can be here in 25 minutes.
