I never received any email or mail on my membership review, they charge $59 to my credit card in July, I never used it, but they told me I passed the 45 days grace period. They will not refund anything. I do not even know my AAA members, I hope AAA will contact me about this bad customer service

My husband waited patiently for close to a month for his truck to be fixed. 3 faulty batteries later, he finally realized that the mechanics did not have a clue. He asked for his money back for the battery, and that's when the so-called interim manager, very young, inexperienced employee couldn't handle the situation and refused to help us. A couple thousand dollars later, we're going to speak to an attorney. They won't even call us back. They won't admit that they couldn't fix the truck, when it's obvious. Rude, childish, ignorant employee making fun of me as I walked out. Disrespectful to me personally.

I am extremely disappointed with AAA's customer service, as they left me stranded for over 24 hours without any assistance. This level of negligence and lack of support is simply unacceptable. Despite being a loyal customer, their inability to provide timely help when I needed it the most has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I expected better from a company that prides itself on its services. It is clear that AAA needs to take a serious look at their customer service practices and make significant improvements to ensure that no one else has to endure the frustration and inconvenience that I experienced.

TERRIBLE

My son has been sitting with a flat for almost 3 hours an hour and a half away from home. I have the premium membership and are wishing mileage limits to get him home. AAA said someone would be out in an hour. They then called an hour later and said the driver canceled because he didn't want to drive that far. They then told my teenage son to get on the highway with a donut and drive 30 minutes toward my house still an hour away and then call back again to see if they can possibly get someone there! Still no guarantee. This place is a complete JOKE. What am I paying 100s of dollars for a year? They suggested trying again tomorrow?! Are these ppl kidding?!

When the men called me i thought im getting pay for my reimbursement he just called me to say im sorry thats is no cover aaa driver just trow dumped my car in the street he was mean scare afraid he dont know how to drive a flat bed tow truck so i have to get 2 person to moved it next to side walk parked correct
And called onother tow company he was very friendlly expert profecional and was able to moved in driveway so i sent the reimbursement request and he said but thats no cover even i pay extra cash to driver for over miles he said sorry but i wont reimbursement back but i said the aaa driver men just trow it in the middle of the street the cars they almost hit my car my mirror i have to pu$#*! after he left but i never get pay for the extra tow that i paid from my pocket i dont recomended at all be carefull look onother company better aaa bembership not good like before this men is mean when he called me bad $#*! men from aaa membership dept tue,26 2023 10;28am he called

Towing
September 25, 2023

Once again I called for a tow and no one showed up. First tow was given an ETA of 10 to 12. After 5 calls someone showed up at 4:30. This time was given an ETA of 8 to 10. Nothing so I called to be told it was declined with no notification! Called and now have a new ETA of hour and a half.
Well see, regardless I will be dropping my membership after 14 years. Why pay for terrible service!

Awful, worst service ever

I waited over 3 hours in the pouring rain. They first said they were on their way and then after they never showed I called again and was told that they didn't even log the call in yet and they were very busy and could not give me a time frame. They also said that they told me they could not give me a time frame when I first made the call 3 hours earlier which was not true. I had a text from them saying a tow truck was on the way and it never showed until 3 1/2 hours later when the driver of the truck said he had just received the call from AAA 20 minutes earlier and by that time I had found a local tow truck service that helped me.

Needed a tow.

Where do I even begin? I have been a AAA member for years never had to use their services until yesterday. My husband's truck would not start. We called AAA at 2:30 in the afternoon for a tow at 6:30. No one showed up so my husband called AAA again to be told that it would be another three hours for a tow company to get out there to the vehicle. Needless to say, we told them to forget about it and ended up calling our own towing company. They promise you the world just to get customers so they can make money. My husband had to walk 7 miles for a towing company because he had no service on his cell phone. Not to mention my husband has heart problems. This was our first call to AAA and definitely our last call. I highly suggest you not even spending the money. You will wait around for hours if not days for somebody to get out there to rescue you.

Horrible Unreliable

I called for road side assistance and when the young man (so wish I took his name) came he clearly told me he can not touch my vehicle because of a state boarding line I didn't pass. Mind you I had a BLOW OUT...he left us with no help... 4hrs later we still sitting in the same spot in a dangerous area still waiting on AAA who I pay for assistance... they kept lying about ETA... and never kept me updated I had to keep calling... so with that being said ill rather call a private towing company... I canceling AAA... the sheriff that sat with us had to leave because AAA never came after the 2hrs he waited with us.

Everything is done by messaging. Very, very hard to get a human being. They left a 70 year old man out in the sun for over 4 1/2 hours with his prescription refills in his hand. No excuse for this,

Tow truck never came

I will not renew my Triple AAA service again. I have made roughly 15 calls to them in the last two days...the tow company never came (twice), never called, no nothing. This is awful.

I have been a member for a year and this will be the last time. I'm waiting and it's been 2.5 hours. Everytime I call there's a different excuse why I have NOT received help. Time changed from one thing to another. I DO not recommend AAA, shytee service

I went there to get a starter put in, my car sat there for 3 days and they did absolutely nothing but kept giving me the run around with no intentions of ever even looking at my vehicle. They told me Tuesday it was 3 cars ahead of me. I called them back on Thursday and they said it's 4 cars in front of mine which is insane. The service is horrible and they're liars. The AAA tow was terrible too, The driver killed my battery. I told him I had a bad starter. He turned the key and put it in neutral and left the car on and my battery drained and died. So I told AAA I don't want service from them now or ever and to tow my car to another place cause I don't have time for games

Called for battery. Text message a time for 1 hour. Waited, and at the specified time, sent another text extending the time by 30 minutes. After the 1.5 hours, another text was sent extending the time further by 45 minutes. Finally called and cancelled.

Called for a lock out
September 2, 2023

Called at 7:21pm and was told that a driver would be there by 8:06. Then got a call and was told 97mins. Then waited and then was told it would be another 67 mins horrible service. Had to call to have a friend come to me and then drive and go get spare keys to get into vehicle with groceries. Could dispatch maybe to other tow company's that are available to come do a lockout.

The service provider is standing by, waiting for a call from AAA. Two hours after my initial call, AAA still has not called them. I must have called AAA and navigated their frustrating recorded maze at least a dozen times. Still no call. The service provider is great, but AAA is terrible.

There has got to be a way to leave.negative reviews. I called them 5 and or 6 times times to get my car towed to the shop and each time they told me.a different time the tow truck was coming. They refused to call or inform me all the times that the time had changed. All 5 or 6 times causing me to call them and they gave me an attitude all 5 or 6 times after they hung up on me. DETESTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-- THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THIER CUSTOMER OR CLIENTS.

I got stuck with car needing to be towed. They said it's gonna be 90 minutes. Then 2 hours. Then 3 hours. Then stopped responding. I ended up getting a private towing at the end of the day. Really not sure how are they still in business.
