Not good. I has to figure out the problem myself after all that time on the phone. I'll never use again. Yo6 didn't even quote the price! Until the very end, when you just took mt card. Very angry and unhappy with that kind of business!

Printer Problem

I was having problem getting in to my account with HP I told them the problem then they connected me to just answer where I was told I was going to have to pay a dollar when I got to that it was a 46 Dollars a year but you can cancel anytime what a hassle so I called back got to talk to another guy all I wanted was to talk to someone or get a phone number that is when he connect me to 6ya

David was extremely helpful in helping me fix my problem. This was made more difficult by me because I am not familiar with my Panasonic home phone. However David searched the manual and then gave me instruction s to add more rings before the voice mail picks up Well done David
