Not good. I has to figure out the problem myself after all that time on the phone. I'll never use again. Yo6 didn't even quote the price! Until the very end, when you just took mt card. Very angry and unhappy with that kind of business!
I was having problem getting in to my account with HP I told them the problem then they connected me to just answer where I was told I was going to have to pay a dollar when I got to that it was a 46 Dollars a year but you can cancel anytime what a hassle so I called back got to talk to another guy all I wanted was to talk to someone or get a phone number that is when he connect me to 6ya

Got transferred 3 times before the right dept. and person was contacted. Once that happened the problem was discovered and addressed and was taken care of.
After, I explained the situation, the service tech, Alfred, led me through the app to apply for a refund for the extra fare. It was very easy and the problem was resolved quickly.
I contacted the seller and the app where I purchased the item but didn't get any satisfaction.
