When I became aware that I subscribed to a 7 day trial for 6ya, I wanted to immediately cancel as I had no idea who or what 6ya was. After speaking with a 'Brandon,' I was contacted by a 'John' moments later. He told me that he canceled my subscription and then gave me Prime's Customer Service #, which was much appreciated. However, we got disconnected. Minutes later, I received another call from 6ya asking about my experience. Before I could confirm that my subscription was canceled, I was disconnected, yet again! I would greatly appreciate confirmation of cancellation.

My 17 year old cat is not feeling well and I was directed to Sarah and she was able to help me with the emotion that I was feeling and worried not to mention Abel to help me locate a few of the animal hospitals and vets in my area that could help her meaning my cat. She was kind and compassionate and understanding being an animal lover herself. You will truly be lucky if you get her if you need any help regarding your animal. She definitely deserves a raise in my book
Last two rides the driver canceled on ME and I was charged! I'm done. Then there is NO getting ahold of Uber to speak.
