I contacted the 6ya specialist, who explained I was signed up on the for tech support. I was confused, thinking I was updateing payment method on an application.
Anthony was patient and kind but was unaware of the Find my Mobile app with a registered Samsung account which will allow you to unlock your phone from another device. It only resets pin number and biometrics. No factory reset required. Find my mobile is NOT the same as Find my device!

After calling Target and other such stores and only hearing the phone ring and ring, I finally was able to talk to an expert who could tell me the product was in stock by calling Walmart!
