My recliners are beautiful. All technical components are working. I had a small water back up in my basement that took out my power supply and customer service did an excellent job with helping me replace them. Manny was very helpful, kind and courteous with getting my order to me.
Megan was very familiar with the product that I was calling about. She had to ask me some extra questions and she did that well and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. I wish that all of the customer service people that I have called were so easy to work with.
We received our new recliners and when we unboxed them, we received two right seats. Instead of a left & right. Called and spoke with Megan. She was very helpful and took care of reordering the correct one. Thank you for making this a very quick & easy process.

Working with Megan was absolutely amazing, she was very attentive and helpful when I ran into some scheduling issues beyond my control and with providing assurance that my seats would approve in perfect condition. They did, and her promptness made all the difference. Will be recommending to others.
Reached out to the company via email. Megan responded with a phone call. I was getting ready to step into a meeting, so she agreed to call me back a little later. She helped me walk through the problem and offered two solutions to fix the problem, all under warranty. And if the self install becomes two problematic she guaranteed to be able to send out a technician. Great work Megan!
Great experience finding the right home theater seating. Visited the showroom and the salesman was knowledgeable and patient with us. Shipping was prompt but the last mile trucking company had it loaded on a too large truck for our hilly neighborhood. No fault of the seating company. Regina at customer service hopped right on it and got us scheduled for delivery in 2 days on a pickup truck. It's all movies and popcorn now! Thx.

Megan was great. I sent an email about my problem yesterday and by this morning I got a call from her to troubleshoot. Together we solved the issue within about 10 minutes. My replacement part is on the way and I couldn't be more satisfied!
Megan was awesome. She got me answers right away and explained everything I needed to know with regards to the status of my order. She was polite and very easy to deal with. Made the whole process very easy.
A very good product. Very good customer service. They help and advise when needed Delivery on time. If your order is spread over time, it will deliver within a time interval at no extra delivery charge.
My couches arrived with two broken plugs. When I called 4Seating, they immediately shipped new plugs out.

The lady I spoke to was very professional and courteous. She was able to figure out what I needed and was a pleasure to speak with. All companies should have a customer service representative who is as great as she was. I only wish I remembered her name.

Just completed a RV remodel on my 10 year old motorhome. Completely pleased and satisfied with the quality of the Captain Chairs, dinette and recliners. Shop4Seats was very responsive with information and video when I had questions. Great price for good quality furniture.
I purchased the Seatcraft Heavenly Bella Black couches on January 1,2023 (Order #*******). More specifically, 2 wedges, 4 armless chairs, 4 ottomans with white glove delivery for $5791.36.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the workmanship on the couches. I've owned them for a little over 4-months and feathers are coming out everywhere. I understand and expect that down/feather filled couches can shed, however, not at this rate and not this new. Feathers aren't just coming out at the seams; they are coming out everywhere. Additionally, the seating support is also important to note and speaks to the lack of quality on the couch. The couches sag from the shortage of filling making them hard and uncomfortable.
I contacted the company regarding the quality of the couches. Between May 12,2023, and June 15,2023, I contacted the company over 15 times requesting replacements.
After waiting over a month, I requested a FULL refund due to the lack of response and resolution to my request. I finally received an e-mail stating that I was past the time that I was able to request a refund and that replacements would be shipped "soon" (September 26,2023)!
The company's website states no refunds after 30 days because they can assure customers of the high quality of their product. This is absolutely not true for the Seatcraft Heavenly Bella Black couches!
My brother purchased movie seat in Feb. Mechanics don't work. They sent the wrong part. He is dying. I'm turning them in to the AG. The least they could do is get it fixed.
Ordered theater chairs in december 2022 paid in full on april 4 th on the delivery date they called and said the chairs are discontinued 4 months later after i have done all the theater accordindg to the size and color of the chairs unprofessional dont waste your time they say they sell 2000 chairs a week thats the reason their reviews are so low i made a mistake not reviewing their reviews
