We bought a loveseat in 2021 $3200 cost and again in 2023 $3200. We received in 2021 the first time we sat on it to put our legs up the motor didn't lift the legs. The lady I spoke to gave us a refund for the couch. We waited a year and thought they honored the product, lets try again. We bought a different brand the 2nd time and it was worse. Yes shame on us for trusting this company twice. The love seat came broken (the middle piece didn't fit) the paperwork was not attached to the bottom of the feet rests on either care which means it was likely a used couch. The feet rest was bent on one seat and on the other seat it squeaked when you were lifting the rest. When we called customer service the:Manager of customer service told us" basically tough luck. Then I called the owner and he did actually call me back but I was busy and missed his call. The company sent us a middle piece to replace part of the broken couch but the other two seats they never fixed. This has been the most horrible purchasing experience of the last 10 years. I would NEVER recommend these couches to anyone who can afford them. This feels like I just purchased a used couch at full market value from criminals. Save your self the headache and go to a more reputable furniture company.
I must say we really like our chairs, my husband loves them. However, be careful of the wording in an ad. I purchased the Seatcraft Venetian Leather Gel chairs. They are definitely not genuine leather. My husband and I sit in our chairs about once a week, there are no children or pets in our home. I bought my chairs 1 year ago and already the fabric of the chair is wearing out. Real leather chairs wouldn't wear out that soon. I must say we really like the electric chairs we bought for functionality, but the material isn't what I wanted, I should have read the ad more closely.
Horrible company - avoid at all costs! You can buy the same furniture from other retailers who stand by their products and provide better customer service then this sham of a company.
In an nutshell: We ordered and received a leather power sofa from them back in June 2022 with White Glove service. The install techs noted that one of the power headrests was defective - we immediately contacted the company and sent the requested info and pictures. Checked back several times over the following several weeks, finally they requested the same info again (resent.) They shipped us hinges for some reason, contacted company who said they would now order the replacement backrest. Next day they contacted us again asking what needed to be replaced.
Fast forward to November - after numerous attempt to contact the company for order status the replacement arrives unannounced in mid November. The repair company sets a date for a mid December replacement. On the scheduled date after the appointment timeframe the repair company calls us to say due to a "medical emergency" they have to cancel the appointment and would send new details via text message. The text now has a mid January appointment date, yet another month to wait. Call the repair company and they that's the best they can do. Meanwhile we receive an email from 4Seating that the repair company told them we weren't available for our appointment. After straightening that out with 4Seating we receive another email from 4Seating offering us $100 to do the swap out ourselves. We tell them we want the repair company to do it so its done correctly and so that they take away the defective piece. So now we wait...
Come yesterday the repair company comes, makes the repair and informs us they can't take the defective part. Contact 4Seating and they say its our responsibility to dispose of it. So on top of having to wait 6 months for a fully functional power sofa, we need to pay to have the defective backrest disposed of that they originally sent us. White Glove service my a$$!
Go anywhere else but this POS company, you'll be glad you did
I ordered 2 Seatcraft double arm recliners in March of 2019. I purchased the Guardian 5 year extended warranty for both chairs. One chair is coming apart at the seam on the seat (the other chair is fine). These 2 chairs are used by 2 senior adults only... no kids and no pets. There has been no abuse since we purchased them. I made a claim with Guardian and they refused to cover the damage. I then called 4Seating and spoke with a customer representative. I was told that since the stitching failure occurred after their 1 year warranty had expired this was a Guardian issue. Anyone purchasing from this company, please be aware that they do not back up the craftmanship of this product. I will never buy nor recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Got 2 leather sofas from 4 seating 5 weeks ago one sofa had a scratch on it. I paid no attention at first because it was not really noticable. Just on surface after sitting on sofa one week it got deeper and noticeable. Called 4 seating and they would not help me. Told me i did it myself. Which was totaly untrue. I could not get thru to guardian warranty for a week so finally got in touch with them on line. They refused to help me. I called 4 seasons back and was told to fix the sofa myself. I am 83 an do not know how to do that and should not do it on a brand new sofa. I told the manager Richard what was i to do. He said i should have a nice day and hung the phone up on me. So now i am unable to get help from them they are supposed to cover the sofa for first year. Warranty company which i paid for refuses to do anything. Telling all this because i do not want anyone else to go thru what i am going thru. Sorry i did not read reviews before purchase this company has bad reviews. Also Clara is the person i ordered furniture from. She told me to call her whenever i had to. Once she got my money she did not answer 4 e-mails or 7 calls. Most awful company to deal with the worse customer service ever. I had to get more furniture for the den and i purchased it from a reliable company raymour and flanagan. Sorry i did not purchase from them first time as their reviews are great and my neighbor who purchased from them said they stand behind their furniture 100% So sorry i ever made this purchase from 4 seating. Upon reading reviews/complaints of this company on the various websites, I found them to reinforce my own personal experience, I find this company sorely lacking in all aspects. Their products are shipped defective quite often. Receiving a replacement part for the defective part is a lengthy process taking up to six months or more. Emails are not always responded to. The representatives do not speak for the company for their words are not always honored by the company itself. If one has paid extra for white glove delivery to have the item brought in and assembled, that courtesy will not be extended to the replacement part. This company will send a video so one can do it themselves. They tend to place most of the burdens on the customer after sending a defective item to begin with. Quality Control is lacking. The disposal of the defective part is left to the customers expense. They state they stand behind their products but I only see that happening when the customers are throwing things at them and they are avoiding being hit. I haven't found one redeeming quality in this company.

I ordered a sofa back Oct 2020 and the spring in it was broken on the sofa on one side. Then they send me another sofa that wouldn't work on one side. It was having electrical issues and wouldn't recline down. After that they continued to send me parts to replace the motor in it and nothing has really worked. If it did work it wasn't for that long. I have spent more time waiting on stuff or a sofa. I find that they don't really back their product, and it's poorly made. They don't want to refund you your money to get something that isn't falling apart. My advise is to never purchase from 4seating ever again. It isn't worth the headache, and your hard earn money. Your problem won't get resolved. Beware of this furniture place. It might look pretty and nice, but you will spend a lot of time on the phone and nothing will be resolved.
I purchased the Seatcraft Stanza Black Leather 7000 Power Straight Row of 3 and Row of 2 from 4Seating.com. Before I made my purchase I asked the salesman what leather to use since I am allergic to other plastic and vinyl materials. I was told to pay higher for the LEATHER 7000 as it was all full leather seats. After sitting on the chairs I started to get an allergic reaction. Also, the trays cannot be used if you are using the cup holders. I paid top dollar for these seats and I called their customer support and this is what their response was; (you be the judge);
The industry standard is to have all touching body parts of leather 7000 and back or other areas vinyl. The cup holder and tray design it is what it is and cannot be changed. As far s returning there will be a stocking fee of 30% plus shipping, plus $199 per row, plus pallet and other shipping materials.
PAID 199.00 FOR WHITE GLOVE SERVICE AND THEY USED J. B. HUNT. ORDERED AND PAID FOR A COUCH ON 5-30-22, SCHEDULED DELIVERY FOR 6-17-22 FROM 12-4PM AND THEY TRIED TO DELIVER AT 10AM. HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR 7-1-22. DID 8-12 THIS TIME. LEARNED MY LESSON, NEXT TIME I'LL SHOP LOCAL.
Absolute garbage quality and customer service. Got 4 seats recliners in Feb this year, stitches and leather started ripping apart already. We had no support from customer service at all and I am stuck with this sofa which cost me closely 3k.
This is one of worst purchaser of my life. You may see some good reviews but those will be for very high end product and still they don't worth the price tag for the quality they provide. The Company attitude is like " Yes we know that we sold you cheap and very low quality item for closely 3k but you are pass your 30 day warranty so we cannot help. Stay with this garbage you bought from us". JUST STAY AWAY
DO NOT BUY IT. Cheap, horrible quality. When you call them nobody will help. And good luck if they made a mistake you're not getting a full refund. Waited 6 months to receive my refund and got only partial refund. Stay away from 4SEATING.COM
If you want your theater seats to last more than a year or two, don't buy. 5 of our chairs in our theater have completely come apart at the seams after 2 years of mild use. Guardian won't cover anything. 4Seating dodged calls and finally said they wouldn't do anything, not even a discount on new ones. Buying a extended warranty is useless, unless your house catches on fire. Taking the heavy, cumbersome chairs to a repair shop, is the only answer and it will cost more to rent a uhaul and repair than a new chair. Buy from a company that sells quality products, 4seating doesn't.
MY BROTHER DIED! I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE BUT THIS IS A SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE! HE IS DEAD! THE SEATS WERE FOR HIM! I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND HAVE MY FULL REFUND BACK IMMEDIATELY! RICHARD THE SUPERVISOR WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO HIS BOSS!
BUYER BEWARE! If you buy something, just hope it is in stock or you might never get it. Also hope that it works for you, because they will never stand behind what the Sales people tell you regarding their return policy.
While looking for some theater seating, I found 4seating.com. I called and spoke to Joseph a few times. I was concerned about finding something tall enough for me, but Joseph talked me into buying 4 recliners that he assured me would be tall enough. He told me if I ordered all 4, I could return them with no restocking fee on the boxes I didn't open.
When I received them, I only opened one box and tried it and found it was too short for me so I called Joseph back to return them. Joseph told me he would arrange return shipping on 5/11 and then stopped returning my calls.
I called again on 5/18 and was told Joseph never requested the return but that they would it do then and get back to me within 2 business days. Once again, I heard nothing. I spoke to Nissa on 5/24 and was told that the previous person hadn't requested the return either but she assured me she would request the return and get back to me within 2 business days. Once again, I never heard back.
By this point, I started to realize that what Joseph had told me was not true and they would do what they could to prevent me from being able to return them. On 6/3, I called and spoke to a Supervisor, Richard. Richard told me that noone had ever requested the return, regardless of me requesting it 3 times previously.
Richard then tried to change the terms of the return from what Joseph had told me when he sold the chairs to me. I tried once again to just get the return process started and that is when Richard, the Supervisor, hung up on me. It is painfully clear that they are not willing to return these chairs and stand by what they said before the sale so I am having to work with my credit card company to get the items returned and refunded.
Stay far away from 4-seating. We purchased a 3 seat all leather recliner power couch with fold down table, USB ports and cup holders. Genuine leather as well. It was an expensive piece so we also also purchased the insurance for the couch. A couple of days after we had it we discovered a damaged piece of wood under the couch. We called them for days and never received calls back and could not speak to a supervisor or anyone who could help us. So after a $2,000 purchase they could not be bothered with us. Buyer Beware and never, ever purchase anything from them.
Chair sucks took over 2.5 months to get. Uncomfortable hard as a rock. Equipment is waste of money. Still no warranty. Yes was paid for... finding someone who knew what was going on took time. Also talked out of neck pillow what might of helped a little for comfort. What a waste of money

One of the cup holders in my Seatcraft purchase stopped working. After calling 4seating and following their troubleshooting "help", now I have 2 cupholders that are worthless.
The second cup holder I discovered was defective from the date I received it. It is enclosed with a cheap fabric that slides upon removal and now I cannot get the cup holder back in with the fabric where it is supposed to be. The cup holder that stopped working is enclosed with a stationary plastic wrap which does not move. What did customer service say, sorry you are out of warranty and you did not purchase the extending warranty. This is an example of the company not doing the right thing. They send a $2,500 order with defective products and when you call them on it they say too bad! Oh, you can buy new ones though. I have no problem purchasing one that stopped working, but to purchase a second one that I found defective & used (with plastic broken) is just ridiculous.
Please stay away from this company. Oh, they say they changed manufacturing and upgraded to the new plastic wrap. So, why did my order come with old and new parts? So sad that they would not replace a part that probably costs less than $5 to make and they want to charge $35 for it.

They bait you neither topnquality and honesty but that is far from the truth. Customer service is horrendous. I purchased a cuddleseat for 949 dollars and the warranty was on sale for 59 dollars instead of 119... I agreed and purchased online and received my receipt for that purchase. After the chairnshipped I got an email saying they could not honor the price they displayed online that I agreed to and paid for. Said I owe them more money if I want to keep it. I said cancel and they said it would cost me 750 dollars with shipping and I've never received the product. Supervisor there told me to bad! Here's my receipt which is my proof. I can't change their prices on their website. BAIT AND SWITCH... Don't do business with this company. They are bogues...
We purchased four cinema seats and a large black sectional with two Ottomans from four seating. The sectional has less than 1 inch of cushion in the seats. We contacted the company and sent pictures and they said sorry they will not refund discount or even send extra filler to make the sofa appear as it does in pictures online. We do not recommend purchasing from this company.
Had a delivery problem on an order with you guys, and while I'd recommend you stop teaming with JB hunt, you did everything in your power to make the issue better. Your customer service is great and the issue is with JB Hunt and not you.
Edit: Had the couch for a year. There's a defect. They won't do anything about it. So now I have a very uncomfortable place to sit. Very disappointed. They sell garbage quality products and don't stand by it.
Edit2: in February I got a call back where they promised to ship me a new couch due to the defect. That ship date has moved a couple times but I'm hopeful.
