Had a conversation with Megan Moore and she was awesome! She was very patient while I rambled through my explanation of what was wrong with my 4seating home theater set. She guided me through the relevant steps to get the right information about the parts the parts needed to repair my seats and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. She also directed me to parts of their websites where my questions were answered. Megan was nothing short of amazing and nice. Was easy to talk to as she made sure she heard you right by repeating your feedback. She had the parts needed posted by fedex to arrive within 3-5 days.

You all need him more than he needs you. Great job explaining things to me and my wife. If I decide to purchase the loveseat he will be my guy

We have had our theater seating recliners for 4 years and we love them. We recently had a power box smashed by our kids and Megan in customer service went above and behind to help replace it. Highly recommend 4 Seating

Meggin was most helpful in responding to my request of needing help with a replacement item that I needed help with. She was very courteous and took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed.

Very comfortable seats, massage and heating are amazing! The chair table and wine glass holder, a major plus!

I bought 8 Seatcraft demante recliners and one had some control issue. Megan is just unbelievably friendly and takes care of everything I asked.

Customer service was fantastic, My seat arrived in less than a week.

I encountered an issue with one of my recliners. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and even tried replacing the switch, but it didn't work. Megan, one of the customer service representatives, suggested that I disconnect one of the box modules that was screwed to the recliner, reroute the wire, and reconnect the chair. The module that was originally connected was used for an app. Surprisingly, once I disconnected it from the box, my chair started working again!

After having issues with our loveseat I contacted 4seating for service. Megan was cheerful, called me back in minutes, after getting our repair approval. Hard to get good customer service these days, this is how it should be. Thank you!

Home Theater Seating-We finally decided upon a home theater. Zack was the absolute best customer service representative I've ever had the opportunity to work with! He went above and beyond the call of duty, answering all my countess questions, not only providing me with different design options but then giving me the exact measurements on my seating options for our home theater. He's the absolute best!

I have to say in this day and age it's super pleasant to receive the customer service I received this morning talking to Megan about my order. She clearly took my concerns of receiving my order in time to get my grandsons fishing to heart and helped me get my order to me. So kudos to Megan and the staff! I won't forget and will tell all that ask where they need to go if they need seats for RV.
