My order came six days late! Customer service really can't help with any questions. Not real happy with my order at all.
Lovely and smooth
Glitch caused my address to change to Uruguay which added a $55 international additional shipping charge. Called the rep who helped me fix that.
I'm happy with everything.
The product we purchased was marketed as a cloth wristband and what came was essentially a ribbon. Not thrilled with it at all and now we're out several hundred dollars. I also don't love the proof process. I wasn't notified when a proof was ready via email so I just had to check the account periodically to see if one was ready.
