Awesome service
Easy to navigate. No hidden fees.
Had an issue with shipping and was told I would get a call back within 24hrs. No call. Had to call multiple times, was hung up on, was told that I needed to pay more to resolve the situation, was told I needed to wait longer, was told I couldn't talk with a manager. Won't do business again.

Great service, fast, and reasonable price
I had approved a design and when I received the order the delivered product did not match the approved design. Customer service has been good so far, but have not received the correted sign so cannot comment on how satisfied I am at this point.

Great products and options
We were supposed to receive 200 packs of 25 of these lip balms. However these came in as bulk packs requiring us to repack them in ziplock bags of 25's and label them accordingly. As we were counting, inspecting and packing them it came to my attention that there were 3 balms that were unusable. 2 had broken seals and 1 had no label on it at all. Therefore, we were only able to receive 199 packs of 25, and closed the job short.

When I accessed my design via the share link provided, the text box for the text was resized and I had to recreate the design again because I wasn't sure how it would actually come out. Design was easy though.
