Designing was fairly simple and they have lots of templates to choose from if you need a head start. I had an issue when reviewing my order, the designs weren't quite right. Customer service quickly helped me. I also appreciate the order update emails that told me what stage my order was in during processing and production.
It was fast, easy and quality work.
The ordering process for the wristbands was fine. We picked a "wrap around" message style and the text does not wrap around and there is a weird gap on the wristband. I reached out to customer service and they said that was a non print area but it does not show a "non print area" on the preview. Why have an option for wrap around message styles if you can't wrap the message around the wristband? I am still waiting to hear back from customer service but we are not satisfied with the product that was sent.
