I would love to tell you how I feel about my experience but you can just open up ticket number ******* and see for yourself. I can't believe your company will not replace the lanyards that I ordered that were wrong. I placed an order for wrist lanyards and full length lanyards that were supposed to be exactly the same but one is a different material and the wrong color. The wrist ones were right. Your customer service department cancelled my order and reentered it because of a mistake on their website and must have picked two different products so that is what I received and your company is saying that they are not defective so they will not replace the full length ones and offered me a great big 5% refund, wow $5 big freaking deal. So with that being I will NEVER order from your company again nor will I recommend your site to other people i know. I own a promotional and screen printing shop and I can not do products like this but get asked a lot so I will be more than happy to find another company to produce these for me even if I have to pay more.
