Great customer service fast shipping
I had a GREAT experience with this company. It was my first time using them. My estimated delivery date was the last possible day for me to get them on time (May 22nd). I saw on other reviews that if you contact them they will put a rush on your order for the day you need the products. So I did and they came WAY EARLIER than expected and I was super pleased with the final product. (May 13th) I will most definitely use this company again for any custom needs I have!
Spoke with Kevin and he was extremely rude! Due to the unrest in America right now I'm not able to receive an order I previously placed. Kevin told me without a shadow of a doubt there was NOTHING they could do for me as a company to assist me with a replacement order! His exact words were "its not their fault I can't receive my mail and I would have to replace my order at the higher cost with no discounts from the company."
Good experience overall, however I did receive multiple automated phone calls to remind me approve the design proof days for about a week after I had already sent my approval.
All the extra charges while shopping and customizing are stressful

Too many repetitive emails and phone calls. I had confirmed a proof and still received 5 or more phone calls afterwards as well as multiple emails.
