Wonderful customer services, loved the fact that they called to work with me on my color and the items arrived on time.
I opted for the 'shipped from USA' higher priced option and several days later I received a phone call from an employee that spoke poor English regarding a question about my order. So this made me question if my order was actually being fulfilled in the USA? When I finally received my order, much greater than 24 hours later, the 'fabric' bands were actually ribbon and the text was crooked on many of the bands. Overall pretty disappointed with the service & product
