I was contacted by customer service saying that the color of my initial order was out of stock. I chose another color which is $5 less than my original order. I expect a $5 refund and told customer service about it but I never heard back from them.

The quality is relatively good, and the order came in on time, but the size is MUCH smaller than what I thought I was getting. Don't believe that the size is true to what measurements you offer. I ordered a 1.5 x 3" tattoo, and it is much smaller than that in actual design size. Looks like the paper was cut to that size, but the image is barely the size we needed it to be.

Your site is a little hard to maneuver. My order was not showing up at the end when you told me to confirm everything was correct - couldn't do that. I also called to confirm one day turnaround and 1 day shipping - I MUST have this by 8/11 or I do not need it. I was not aware of the $15 service charge - neither this or the tax showed up so the total was $30 more than I expected. Your customer service rep was less than helpful - a big negative to your company. The product is great and was received as promised!

Easy and fun but product says glow. So far they don't.
VERY EASY TO ORDER... BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED. I WANTED A FRONT AND BACK MESSAGE BOTH WITH DIFFERENT NAMES AND I GOT 400 WRISTBANDS THAT ALL HAD THE SAME NAME. I ORDERED THESE AHEAD OF TIME SO I COULD GET THEM ON TIME. NOW I HAVE TO SEND BACK MY ORDER AND PROBABLY WAIT ANOTHER 2WKS NOW. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
They look great and shipped as promised. We are placing another order as I write this.
