Since this is my first order and i have no idea what the final product will look like, i find the ordering process a bit confusing and scary actually. I had no idea what the bands would look like when i got them. They are AWESOME. Took a month to get them but worth the wait. A bit on the expensive side and the initial ad is very miss leading. 15 cents each.yea if they are blank. Once you add the bare minimum lettering it is up to over a dollar each. But they are professional looking and we will be proud to hand them out to clients and friends.

Now that I have received the wristbands I am excited with them. Only thing I am a tad bit disappointed with is the fact that my total was $54 but once I checked my email my card was charged $75 which I was very disappointed and confused by but I didn't complain.
This website is user friendly. I loved how the product turned out. I will definitely be using this site again.

Only reason I didn't give it a five star was because I could not upload my pdf artwork -- even though it says it will take pdf. Had to request help
I was contacted by customer service saying that the color of my initial order was out of stock. I chose another color which is $5 less than my original order. I expect a $5 refund and told customer service about it but I never heard back from them.
