Production and delivery time was great because we paid for the expedited/rush order. Definitely appreciate the email updates of the progress/status of the order. End product - wristbands - feel thinner and of less quality than others purchased here in the past.
Hopefully they'll be delivered on time and be easily transferred to skin.
The tattoos are easily transferred to the skin however within minutes they begin to blur and the images become unrecognizable blurs. I'm happy for the easy transfer but the tattoo does not read as the original image for very long before shredding and blurring on skin.

I love the site. It just was difficult to go back in the browser...I ended up having to start over twice. Also...it would be nice to see a preview of what I'm ordering. The selection fields were great!
The customer service exceeded my expectations. There was a slight delay in producing my order due to my artwork that I sent in, and they made sure I received my order in time for a wedding shower. In fact, it arrived earlier than they thought! I will definitely order from this company again, and I won't wait until the last minute now that I know a good company to order from. Thank you!

I was never told my tax obligations from my order and that is nothing to take lightly. Running a business on a budget is hard as is but is increasingly difficult when every penny is not accounted for. I do not know if you guys can fix that but it would be helpful. Thank you.

Keep Killing it!
I paid extra for the one day processing and the rush shipping on 15 May but did not receive my order until 22 May@ approx. 3:30 pm. With one day production that should have been on Monday 18 May and the 2 day shipping I should have received them possibly Wed no later than Thursday. Luckily, I did receive them the afternoon prior to the morning that I needed them. I wasted my money with the rush production and express shipping. I should have been refunded the money I paid for these services since your company did not meet the requirements.

Paid extra for 2 day processing and 5 day shipping. Expected the order within at least 7-10 days or so. It took 21 days to receive my order. My last order took 20 days to get here and I didn't pay extra for faster processing or shipping. Not happy that I paid extra for nothing.
