I haven't looked at all of them, but a lot of the buttons came with dents or bends in the front. The first one I saw like that, I thought might be a result of the packaging, but it's consistent enough to look like a production-side issues. Was just expecting a higher quality.
The web interface for design was good.
I received my order of Koozie's yesterday and they look HORRIBLE! Totally different than what it appeared on the site. You can even barely see the writing on them because the "white lettering" looks gray because it's basically not even there! I want a refund or them re-done. I was satisfied with the wristbands I got, but these Koozie's are a joke! I thought I had found a company that was going to have long time relations in the production of our merchandise. So, I will ask you now, what do you intend to do about this?
