Always have what I need, when I need it at a price I can afford. Delivery was quick and the product was exactly what I envisioned it to be.
The lanyards were much smaller than I expected; but I believe the price matches the product. What I did not appreciate was being charged $8.00 for handling and "Insurance?" And in the ordering process, this is not revealed until AFTER it is charged to the credit card. There is no reason to charge insurance for lanyards. I feel like I was deceived; because in actuality, shipping was NOT free.

I feel like we should be able to see what the cozies are going to look like with out having to custom make them. Some of the Coozies where not sewn all the way on thesides so I went and re sewn them

I have to keep redesigning my bracelet. But I liked them enough to order 100 more bracelets.
First, the color of the flying disc we wanted was out of stock, and we didn't find this out until many days after we placed our original order. Then, we found out that most of the other colors were also out of stock. Once we settled on a new color (we had only two to pick from), and since we were getting close to the actual delivery date, the company did a good job in getting it rushed through production and to us in time. BUT, upon receipt, we found the work was poorly done; the imprint on the product was off-centered and smudged on many of flyers. Since they arrived the day before our event, we had to give them away as-is. Although we have seen some great work on products from this company in the past, this was a very disappointing experience for us.
This is my 5th time ordering from 24HourWristBands and so far they have been great!
