Quick and easy to use. However, contact with updated progress was non existent. And getting answers to progress was repetitive...Still in production. Bought from USA Company but was made in China!

Everything was great until I opened the package. I ordered silver/grey and received a light purple or lavender. It is a complete waste for me because they look awful.

It's my first buy, but I didn't like that I had to purchase before signing up. I don't understand the reasoning behind that besides forcing to buy. Also I didn't like that I couldn't see a rendering of the product with the actual image/logo. Hopefully all turns out well.
Production and shipping took way too long. The wristbands fade easily.
The website was a bit difficult to manage but I was pleased with my product and delivery time.
I ordered the ink infused bands but what came was something else. I called and asked for assistance to get it corrected and the person on the phone said there was nothing that they could do and that i had to reorder and pay again.
I am not very happy about this and really think this unacceptable.
