I am only disappointed with the delivery time. I was told it would take 3 days for production and 4 for delivery. The whole process was about two weeks. Plan ahead.

I ordered 100 lanyards for a non profit organization. I paid a $10.00 fee for a full color proof of what the lanyard would look like. My lanyard had 2 logos and words between. The logos should have alternated. My first order was printed with only one of the logos and words. I had to submit multiple photos of the product as well as the proof this company emailed me (this should have been in their files). The second order was made and shipped to me. There was no rush delivery or rush production on this order. I am now a month behind my original delivery date and the second product I received is still incorrect. They reprinted 100 of the first order. There is no alternating logos. I am now in the process of emailing AGAIN new photos and am waiting to see if the reprint gets approved the 3rd time. There has been no contact with a manager even with several requests from myself. The company has made no offer or rush production or delivery. They have not offered our organization additional products to compensate for the delay. All communications must be done through their online tickets. I am very disappointed and concerned that there is not an appropriate level of QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS prior to shipment.
The wristbands arrived very quickly and printed as I stated. I wish you would put invoices in the packages.
