I placed an order on 4/16/16 for the American Heart Association walk that my company was attending on 4/30/16. The shipping info said I should have the product by the 28th. Long story, short... the items came a month later! I tried to contact 24hourwristbands.com on multiple days when I got progress emails about the status of my order. I was trying to cancel it because if it didn't come by the 30th, then I had no need for the products.
The phone number is all automated and I couldn't talk to a real person, and their webform for questions won't submit! Needless to say when I finally got an email through to them, they refused to give me a refund because they said I never contacted them to cancel the order. Well I did try to contact them on 8 different occasions, but due to the technical errors of their website, I wasn't able to!
Basically I ordered products that went into the trash because they took a month to send them to me.

This is our 8th year using your company. I had to use a new email address and your system did not want to allow with old or new email. I called customer service and they had no idea on how to change/update an email. I made a new name and email to get the order processed but your information should be by name not an email address... products have always been good and this again I hope product is better than your customer service

So this is the situation that occurred tonight from 5pm-8:30pm. I spoke to several people. Ending with Scott. No resolution was achieved and I'm very dissatisfied & disappointed with the way I was treated. My business will go to another company in the future. Delays in production and rep made mistake and company won't correct it. Overalls terrible service and product will be useless since I'm receiving it after the event I needed it for.

We ordered custom shirts. The design and ordering process was very easy, except every time I refreshed the order page, the shipping charges would change. I was concerned that the actual shipping price would be different from the estimated, but it appears that once the order was placed, the shipping charges were fixed. The print quality on the shirts we ordered was just okay. The printing was very thick, stiff, and a little rough. Nevertheless, the price was half of what other competitors were charging, and overall we are happy with the order!
