I could not be more happy than I am with the company as a whole. I only ordered 2 days ahead of when I needed them. The extra cost for rush production and rush shipping was worth getting the product! Custom service was great, giving me updates and responses to questions and concerns I had. Best of all they give you the option to have them made in the U.S.A.! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the very quick turnaround time from order to delivery!

I am very pleased with the product that I received. It more than met my expectations. The only negative that I have is an apparent misunderstanding of "rush production". I did not select expedited shipping assuming that rush production meant that production would start within 24 hours. So, I anticipated 48 hours to complete and added the amount of time that I know it takes to ship from Texas and determined that I would received my product in time. However, I ordered on a Tuesday and my product was scheduled for production on Thursday. This made me nervous about receiving it on time. I called and was told that I didn't need to worry about rush production and that I needed to expedite the shipping and that if I didn't it would be 2-3 weeks before I received my order. So, of course I paid the extra for the faster shipping. The whole point of all of this is that there should be a clear explanation of what rush production means and an estimate of time from order to ship.

Button art and quality looks good, wishing I would have ordered larger, but, that's on me.

1" buttons actually measure about 7/8" of graphic. Smaller than what I was expecting. I guess should have ordered a 1 1/4 size.

**Button price was good. $10 Shipping was rather extreme. Should have been A $1-2.

I was hoping to use this as a sample before ordering bulk qty. Not so sure now.

I'll get back to you if bulk qty costs will justify.
