Easy ordering and great products! Love the lanyards and the wristbands that I ordered. In the future I will be very careful ordering swirl wristbands because they did not turn out with the coloring that they were supposed to have. One color dominated the other and made them look one color, not swirl.

Enjoyed the step by step updates throughout the production of my order.

Although the email requesting delivery confirmation came 6 days prior to delivery a ticket was opened and a response given immediately. I am very pleased with the product and service and will recommend highly.

The production and shipping process kind of tripped me up but your quick chat option answered it right away. Now I have the product and it's wrong! The event is late tomorrow afternoon and I can't even get a response! I have called, I have submitted a ticket and now this reply to the shipping email.
