Shipping was faster then expected. Ordered on Monday with normal free shipping and received it 2 days later on Wednesday! Website was also very easy to understand and order from. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Unprofessional and horrible customer service company! Delivery was later than the date they promised with an uncompleted order. Contacted them and wanted to see if we could rush this and get it before our event, but didn't get a respond until the day of the event. We didn't end up using the products because not all of guests can have one so our boss didn't want to use them. All they could do is say sorry and did not provide any help. Kept saying they could send back the uncompleted order AFTER the event is not helping. Also refused to do a refund, I even asked for a half refund because it was really not our fault that they didn't count the order before shipping them out. Spoke to the manager he even called me crazy asking for half refund of the products we DID NOT use.
It's ridiculous that they made mistake and think it's ok to ruin other's event and cause so much inconvenience to our company.
Fast easy and affordable. I really liked the added option for american made. I was very satisfied with the final product and the speediness of my order. I liked the updates I received through out the entire process. I'm very pleased and have already recommended to my son's school care for field trips and to friends for events we have.
