I placed this order 2 weeks ago. I was starting to worry that I hadn't received it yet, so I called to check. The order did not exist! What?!?! I have to have these coozies by the 10th! I feel like I should have atleast been offered free expedited shipping! But now I have to pay rush processing and shipping to get it here on time!
Update: They look terrible. The color looks faded and the design is off center. Considering I had to pay extra for rush shipping because my original order somehow disappeared, I feel like I did not get a quality product for the price I paid!

When self designing could only put writing so far. When I received I think I could have put more on a line or used larger font. If this is case, I would like to be able to see I could use larger font.

I received my package in time for my events. I would like a quicker turnaround and more communication around the timeliness of processing my order. I would have been helpful to know that my order was being produced overseas and that I needed to sign for it upon arrival.
