I wish they would've sent a second proof after altering design -- I understand the need for changes based on single imprint color; however, the letters became illegible. Also, tracking number for delivery would've been helpful... I tried to ask online and received no response -- happy that they accommodated my event date since I paid all extra service fees, but now I don't have the options to get them fixed

I needed 1,000 pins - QUICK! After looking around online, I found 24hr wristbands. There were tons of options that were easy to customize, and when they say they can deliver next day - they really mean it! Very happy with the speed, quality, and pricing options. This will be my go-to for special projects from now on.
VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I needed a super quick turnaround time. So I called and spoke with customer service before ordering. There was no automated system--I spoke with a real person from start to finish. He was very professional and answered my questions thoroughly and patiently. Because I was worried about missing my deadline, I ordered the printed wristbands with rush production and rush delivery on Tuesday morning. It was the 4th of July. Despite the holiday, I still received them by Thursday afternoon! Yay! On top of that, the quality is very nice. I don't know how well the print will hold up over time, but it looks like it's on there pretty good. So, we shall see. But based on my experience thus far, I'd definitely order from here again.
