Great product and easy to order.

I love your site. But for some reason I received some of the koozies with black stuff on them. It smears but to thick to be ink. So now I have to contact you guys and see what can be done. :/ but it's the only time this has happened so I'm hoping it can be fixed.

Easy to find what I was looking for!

While I'm pleased with the outside printing of my bands, I thought the wording on the inside would be done in the same color as the outside, but there was no color at all, so the wording is barely visible. That is disappointing.

Good although could have been a bit more clear when customizing. This was the first time I used your site, chosen because it was easier to use than others. I needed the pins so spent a bit more on shipping, etc. than I had expected but when the pins arrived today, I know it was worth the cost. Thank you!
