Wristbands are perfect and arrived very quickly. I placed my order on 8/21 and had the package in hand on 9/1. This is my 3rd order and all have been great.
Should have checked this site before ordering. It's bad when you see the very same problem experienced by so MANY others. NO customer service.
I placed an order last week with 1 day or 24 hour rush production and 5 day standard shipping. In every other online shop, this means my order placed on Friday, 8/25, would be produced by sometime on Monday. Then it would ship "standard" whatever that means but my guess was first class postal service, which was fine. The estimated arrival date was calculated based on that "5 Days" for beginning or middle of the next week.
Fast forward to last Friday - 1 week later. My order NOW listed as "In production". So much for 24 hour rush production and 5 day shipping.
There is no way this product will be in my hands anywhere near the estimated delivery date now. I found this information on the BBB (F rating from the BBB) site concerning this company;
"Rush Production - Rushing an order's production is the only way we guarantee a production time. If an "in hands" date needs to be met this option should be selected."
Ignore their "We are here to help. All tickets will be answered within 12 hours or less" when opening a customer support ticket. I'm still waiting to hear back on the first concern submitted 3 days ago.

A lot smaller than anticipated
I loved the process. I got the standard shipping which means I don't know if the upgraded ones do this. I wish I would have had a tracking number on my package, so I could track it through delivery. Thank you for the great bands.

I love this advertising gimmick. I see these wristbands weeks and weeks after I've given them away. People can give them away and get another one next time they come. I love them!
You guys had the best price on these stadium cups. I was able to chat with someone to make sure they are dishwasher safe. I had some trouble using the chat feature. It kicked me out once. But it worked in the end.
When the cups arrived there was some inconsistency with the logo. Some parts of the paint appear to be smeared like the paint didn't stick all the way to the cup.
Appreciate the promo emails with savings codes. They are a little deceptive with the 100 free wristbands only being after you order some but no worries

First off TERRIBLE customer service and the product I received was of $#*!ty quality for lack of better words. Do not purchase from this website! I ordered lanyards to remember a dear friend of mine who passed and to raise money for his mother. They broke and faded in less than 2 weeks! It was embarrassing that I distributed such a poor quality product to our friends and his loved ones. Extreme disappointment doesn't even cover it. On top of that they did absolutely nothing to make up for it or refund me my money to get lanyard made elsewhere.
