I ordered the black and orange color wrist band (work colors). I got them on time. The
Problem was, artwork showed the printing on the orange side. The product came with printing on the black side which made it virtually unreadable/invisible. I opened a support ticket on 9/28 with the hope that they would re-run the batch. Suddenly, all of the great communication ceased. Words are great, but actions speak volumes.

1. Shipped my lanyards and plastic sleeves in a bag, with no packing materials. This resulted in a gaping hole in the bag when I received it. Missing a couple of lanyards and some of the plastic sleeves were bent. 2. The plastic sleeves are really pliable and the plastic sticks to each other, not stiff. 3. When the option for "bagging" is there, it only shows the lanyard being bagged. What showed up was the plastic sleeve AND lanyard bagged together. A little misleading, as that is not what I wanted. 4. A couple of the lanyards had pulls in the material and a couple did not include the clasp, I paid for unusable product.
Design & navigation was simple. Wide range of options and prices.
Lots of variety. Ordering was easy.
It would be nice to see some real pictures of the wristband colors instead of just the CGI versions. At this point, I'm just guessing on what things will look like.
After receiving the product (it took a little longer to arrive than I anticipated), things look okay. We ordered the purple glow-in-the-dark wristbands and it ends up that they glow green, not purple like the CGI picture made it seem.
There was also a promo that I used and it ended up costing us a surprising amount more to add more "free" items to our order...especially if the set-up and colors were the same and it all shipped together. I'm fine paying for a product, but don't advertise that it's free if the "free" items tack on a bunch of fees that we have no control over nor are fully apprised of until after we agree to pay them and submit all of our payment information.
Discounts/promotion was a little misleading but prices still great with fast delivery time! Price was one thing before I submitted order, but something was added after confirmed.
