Terrible customer service, awful workman ship. They produced an order of cups for us. Took weeks to show up and were terribly done. The text was off center, the ink was faded and the customer service is an absolute joke. I asked if they could replace my order with a correct product and they offered me a 10% discount on a new order which was the same deal that was on the website. The only thing worse than their product is their customer service who could not care less about their customers issues. They got their money and ran. Please do not support this terrible company. Do not pay attention to the fake reviews they have plastered over their website.

Horrible customer service. I ordered some balloons at the beginning of the month in plenty of time to get them for our event next week. I ordered Rush Production(2 days) and even with ground shipping, if it took the full 2 weeks for shipping I should have it tomorrow. They tacked on Proof which delayed it a week even though I didn't ask for it and no notice that a proof was waiting for approval. I went in to check on the status and found the proof approval by accident. I approved it a week ago and it still hasn't gone into production and now they're trying to get me to pay extra money to get it here because they couldn't do the job like they should have. 2 day production has now turned into over two weeks. I told them to cancel my order and now they want to charge me a cancellation fee and keep the proof fee that I never asked for. I shouldn't be penalized because your company can't do their job on time.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you may have faced but please know that the digital proof option was selected by you as this is an online order and every specification on an online order is chosen by the customer via our website so the proof was not tacked on by us and as for the delay on the order it was caused because you approved the proof after 6 days of placing your order which was 2017-09-05 and you approved the proof on 2017-09-11 which was 6 days after the order was placed and as per our terms and conditions we cannot proceed to production with an order before the proof is approved. If you did approve the proof the day after you placed the order your order would have been delivered to you according to the shipping and production specification you chose. Nonetheless we understand your situation and will refund you the order total expect the proof fee which is $10 and we request you to understand ours and realize that the delay initially was not caused by us. We hope we were able to clarify this issue, if you do agree to the refund minus the proof fee please contact and confirm it with us via our ticketing system and we will process the transaction. We would first like to apologize for any inconvenience caused but please know that upon looking into your order it seems that our customer service representative offered a 10% discount on this order of yours as well as another 10% in a future order of your choice, it was not just a 10% refund on a new order. As for the text being off centered it seems that only the bottom line of your text was only a bit shifted to the left for which our representative explained that as mentioned in our terms and conditions, the print position (up/down, left/right/center) is guaranteed as selected but the actual print location will be slightly adjusted to fit the actual printable area of the product which varies along with the overall outcome of the print on the cups. Nonetheless we do understand your disappointment for which we are offering a $10 refund on your order which is more than 20% of your order total in hopes that this mishap will not tarnish our relationship and prevent us from doing future business.
