Order was confirmed with a proof (I paid the extra $10 for the proof). Next I received an email saying order was "on hold". They sent another proof that was not correct and disapproved. I had three follow up calls and was then told it needed to go to the US processing and fabrication. I thought everything was straight but then received my (order 3 days late - paid for expedited shipping of course) and found it was still not correct - actually the second proof that was not approved. What a waste of time and money.
I have used this company for two previous orders and everything was fine. However, this time was HORRIBLE. I ordered bands from their site using a list of their approved fonts. They placed my order on hold because of a production issue--spacing was too close. They then used an automated phone system to call me about the hold. However, their system does not leave a message. Nor was I contacted in NO other way about the hold. I waited for two weeks for the arrival of my bands and then called when I became concerned about them arriving on time. When I called, I was told it was my fault I did get the call, and they charged me almost $200 in rush fees. Please keep in mind the total cost for the bands was $205! I talked to several people in customer service and the only thing that offered was a 17% discount on my next order. HA, the joke is on them because I will never do business with them again and when asked about my experience, I am happy to share how BAD my experience was!

Great so far easy easy!
I ordered the black and orange color wrist band (work colors). I got them on time. The
Problem was, artwork showed the printing on the orange side. The product came with printing on the black side which made it virtually unreadable/invisible. I opened a support ticket on 9/28 with the hope that they would re-run the batch. Suddenly, all of the great communication ceased. Words are great, but actions speak volumes.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
