Frustrated with the way the shipping zip code works. You should be able to change it on the fly in the order screen instead of having to back out of the payment screen and go back to the order.
Did not appreciate getting an email with the link to click if you received your order when my order was still in the production stage. Seems that the email might be automated at a certain days after you order. That email should be sent after you have shipped the items.

What amazingly BAD customer service. I have been corresponding for a couple weeks about a mask order that was delayed. I asked through a support ticket to cancel. I took screen prints of the order status and the previous support tickets. It is only 5 masks for $20 bucks, but I could use that to buy masks somewhere else if 24 Hour can't deliver. I opened a chat session with customer support. They told me the order was actually in production. But the web site still says Scheduled I said. The website doesn't always update correctly.
When can I get them now that they are in production? Sorry she said, we are not allowed to discuss dates after they go to production.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not do business with 24HourWristband, or Imprint. I can deal with a company that makes a mistake and apologizes. I don't want to work with a company that intentionally delays and then lies to the customers that are paying their salaries.

Very easy to find product
I went with 24hour wristbands because the projected arrival date was before the holiday weekend. I decided to forgo the review process to ensure that they arrived on time. I thought what could go wrong. I sent over both of my GIF files. All they had to do was overlay the artwork on their colored foam koozies. I send files like these all the time to other merchandisers and they product arrives correctly. Not only did my item not arrive before the holiday, but when they got here they were wrong. So wrong that I am embarrassed to hand them out. I tried to contact 24hour while they were in production to confirm that they would be leaving on time. I got no response. I tried to contact them after I received the tracking information and I knew they were not arriving on time. I got no response. I tried to log into the website to leave a review and my password doesn't work. I try to reset my password and the "token" never arrives in my email box. I try to click on a link for live chat on the website and it doesn't work. I feel like I have been hustled. I cannot understand how they have so many positive reviews. I cannot be the only unsatisfied customer. I bet this review doesn't get posted.

This company is a complete scam. The delivery date is only when they start production which takes 4 weeks. They dont give any refunds or cancellations despite misleading the customer about when it will be delivered. You dont receive email confirmations and I havent gotten my order weeks later. THIS IS A SCAM. This ruined the plan I had for an event and they had nothing to say about it, didnt even apologize. They were rude and abrasive that they dont send emails, dont keep record orders. If you submit a ticket they promise to respond within 24 hours but I've submitted three tickets and havent heard a peep in 3 weeks.
THEY PAY FOR THOUSANDS OF 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT ARE FALSE.
Quick and easy. Customer service lost my art twice when trying to edit the art so I ended up having to go back and recreate the artwork from scratch. That was a little frustrating but once it was all figured out I got my package earlier than expected and I really like the wristbands! I wish some parts of the art were a little clearer and more focused but other than that it will work.
When ordering I paid the extra amount to be at our house on Monday - that is the date you're website told me. We received the bracelets on a Wednesday. I called about getting a price adjustment (I understand COVID is an issue, but you are charging per DAY and have the ARRIVAL DATE as how you pick your shipping options). I was told someone would call me back, to which I have yet to receive a call.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
