Many hidden fees

This was my first time using this company for my companies promotional products. I should have read the reviews! There are so many bad ones and every time the company replies with why its the consumers fault for not reading the find print of their company policies. Hidden fees, not able to see the final product (even virtually) without more fees, shipping fees that are astronomically high, there are so many reasons I won't use them again. Once I finally received my order, the product was sub par. The lettering is nothing more than an iron on. The product was smelly. The size was super small. Not happy at all.

Unhappy

Not happy! Took 16 days for delivery, when promise was 8-9 days. Ordered 11/20 and missed delivery ahead of 12/3 fundraising event. Had to order subsequent 24-hour rush order. Now sitting on two invoice/receipts. :(

On time but...

Put in the order ahead of time with a company card that wasn't under the name of the order. The status was put on hold but I wasn't aware of that do to the fact the email sent was in my spam folder. Luckily the customer service reps helped out when I called, however, had to spend extra to expedite shipping. The wristbands came on time but the stress of this situation could've been avoided if the company would ensure that important emails they sent out weren't considered spam. I would highly recommend that they look into why their emails go directly into spam folders.

Order a simple button along with rush order, paid for the extra fast rush order, the buttons arrived 7 days later. That would be 7 days later than the date the buttons should have arrived. I paid extra for the rush order and got screwed. Buttons are just like I ordered,. However, they are junk because the event I ordered them for had already occurred. Will never come back for any reason. Don't believe the rush order, just a way to get you to pay more money for cheaply made buttons. Save your money!

Website easy to use, but disappointed that free setup was offered to schools they say, but in actuality only selected zip codes. Deceptive.

Also asked for a proof, yet it was never emailed to me. Instead they kept calling my house with a message to call them, but didn't use the wristbands name. I finally called back after looking up the proof myself online. They called again to remind me to check.
Yet they wouldn't email me but wasted time and operators on the phone. Product seems fine but not impressed with their operation.
