Order came in just as I ordered. Fairly easy to place order. Very happy with product. Would order again!
I however did not like that I was unable to track an order that had free shipping. No way of knowing where in transit your product is.

Our initial order was printed incorrectly despite clear instructions. We were obviously upset. 24hourwristbands, reprinted the order correcting the mistake, but we had to pay for the rush shipping in order to meet our deadline. They handled correcting the mistake well, but we would rather have had it printed correctly the first time around.

Fast speedy service!

Great product; however, the service was bad, initially. I placed a rush order and the guaranteed delivery date passed and the order was still listed as not shipped. When I called customer service to ask about the status they did get the order out right away.

I did not receive what I ordered. I wanted blue, pink, and purple blended not just pink and blue.

I bought these to use with a medical ID stainless steel bracelet piece. I like the colors and the pricing. I have a small wrist, so had I realized, I would have ordered the children's size.

You made representations and followed them to a tee. Quality product, timely delivery.
The only thing I don't know is how do I know these bands were manufactured in the USA as proof of basically the 2x factor I paid?

The image I sent turned out great, but the quality of the tattoos themselves were less than desireable. They collected lint from clothing and didn't even last the duration of a day. My kids' temp tattoos last longer. I was given extra in my order though, so that was nice.

Great site great products, easy to use, And I like the made in the USA option. My one pet peeve would be that you have to pay for a digital proof of the item.

Did not get any confirmation when my package was delivered, and it was delivered to the front desk of the complex I had it delivered to. Missed the deadline I needed to receive it by only because of miscommunication (package was delivered but I was not aware). Also wristbands were underwhelming, text was very small- not what I was hoping for.

Drink coozies came out pretty good, I liked the many many options to customize! Quality was ok, they are a little thin. Customer service was way weird. I got a confirmation of ordering and then nothing. I chatted to see when it would ship and got "not sure"? Then got like 4 emails in a row, I guess they forgot about shipping my order. Got it in time though!

Product as advertised. Love the quality. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Great shipping and service.

Didn't like the band's with no black in lettering, very hard to read and not eye catching. :( may need a vendor that can do better pricing for less quantity. Loved my first sets! Orange and red bands not at all.

My items came 2 days before scheduled arrival time. The price was excellent and quality is top notch.
