It was a lot smaller than I thought (pictured online). Half of my mug order was broken. But the overall merchandise was okay.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT ALL ALL. I've ordered from here before and they were perfect. The printing is way off centered with all the bracelets I had to come up with a different giveaway for a baseball camp with over 100 kids.
The lanyards were reasonably priced and the company name/logo came out crystal clear on the lanyards. I would have given this review 5 stars but about 5 lanyards were sticky to the touch from the ink on the lanyard. Other than that, good product.
Not that easy to see what I was creating or what the issues were with it as I ordered but great end result!

Ordering was easy & fast. I expected the finished product to be a little nicer than it turned out.
My package of band-it signs were placed in such a huge box around Christmas time that people (assuming the mail man or others) tried to get into my box by cutting the tape. Overall, my package was tampered with but they fixed the next order that came with the box being smaller to fit the band-it signs so it doesn't look like I bought a flat screen tv and it can be stolen. Thanks for fixing the issue.
