Ordering is complicated. Your emails went into my junk folder so I didn't see them, costing me time. When I asked for changes to the proof, they came back exactly the same.
The bracelets where beautiful, colorful, and awesome quality! I will be ordering again! I do feel you might have sent me more than what I paid for.

It was a lot smaller than I thought (pictured online). Half of my mug order was broken. But the overall merchandise was okay.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT ALL ALL. I've ordered from here before and they were perfect. The printing is way off centered with all the bracelets I had to come up with a different giveaway for a baseball camp with over 100 kids.
The lanyards were reasonably priced and the company name/logo came out crystal clear on the lanyards. I would have given this review 5 stars but about 5 lanyards were sticky to the touch from the ink on the lanyard. Other than that, good product.
