Quick turnaround and shipping, which was great. Our only issue was that some of the printing was a little smeared which didn't look very clean.

I had ordered wrist bands for our reunion party a few weeks ago, not knowing I did not check off the box requesting the wrist bands be made in the America. Honestly I did not even see this option and this is the second time Ive ordered from them. I did covered this week that I would not receive the bands until weeks after the party. The next day I received a call from Bree in their Texas location. Bree, rewrote my order, got it into production and assured me I will receive it tomorrow in time for our reunion party. Hats off to Bree.

I loved the wristbands. They were just as I ordered and delivered ahead of schedule. And that was the most important part. We were able to get them to the family that needed them prior to their departure halfway across the US for brain surgery on their child. The fast unexpected delivery allowed us to surprise them with the wristbands.
