Easy setup. Misleading though on cheap price (even though relatively cheap), shipping says free, cost of band says 3 cents, it seems clear its for the shipping but then shipping shouldn't say free.
Very disappointed in the customer service from this company. I had marked the box to receive the daily special of 100 FREE extra wristbands to be added to my order. (order was made in the one hour time frame.) I double checked and made sure it was marked before I left that page. Some how in the process of checking out I did not notice that the 100 FREE wristbands were no longer on my order and since I did not pay the extra $15 handling fee they would not honor these extra bands. Even though I said I didn't have a problem paying that extra $15 for the FREE wristbands and could I go ahead and pay that now and have them shipped since I did not received them with the rest of my order. NOPE - not a chance! Also, in placing the original order I could pay an extra 50 cents per band and have them made in the USA instead of China. Nice option, however I was not interested in paying that additional cost per item. When I received my order the bands were in a plastic bad that said MADE EXCLUSIVELY IN THE USA. Mmmm... and you wanted me to pay extra for each one which would have been an additional $75 plus who knows they may have added that on to the FREE ones that I never did get either. Shipped out of Texas. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You got your order we are done with you was the mentality I received. No management to speak to either.
The wristbands turnout terrific. Easily customized on the website without hassle. I had a question during my order that was quickly answered with the online web discussion window. The delivery and processing was very quick. 100% satisfied with my experience. Would highly suggest!

It took a few e mails to get symbol;s approved but printing was not assorted according to wrist band colors as I chose, also adult bands seem a bit small

I ordered a batch of wristbands then wanted to reorder. I went online to do this but was unable. I used the chat box and Nate quickly answered. He called me to walk through the reorder process. He was very kind, explained everything, and looked for the best price for what I needed. I really did appreciate his help. Would definitely recommend using this site.
