I was worried after reading some of the reviews with BBB. I also would try to do periodic checks on my order and was taken to an Error 404 page every time. I am not sure I would do business again here. I felt vulnerable after the BBB comments

I was guaranteed something, and then when I double checked on it I was told that that wasn't a guarantee... But the company was quick to fix it and I sincerely appreciate it.

There were a lot of good templates to choose from. It was easy to pick the design template and the size I wanted. The company informed the production progress every step of the way.

I paid for expedited freight, and the order was 4 days LATE!

The wording was great but the color wasn't what I expected. It was not coral at all. It was more than a light brown color with a tiny bit of pink tint to it.

Have not placed my order yet, but used the online chat feature. Murphy was quick to respond and gave me the information I was looking for. Great service and will definitely be ordering soon.

Great product. The only thing is I wish they would have more of an assortment especially in the solid colors. I used the live chat for a problem with a coupon and Murphy was very helpful.
