Whatever you do, customers beware of this company they are the absolute worst ever! If you are use to dealing with reputable companies that value customer satisfaction this is certainly not it. This company will truly prove they only want your money regardless of how dissatisfied you are as a customer instead of attempting to make it right. I went back and forth with them for several weeks regarding the poor quality product I received and they simply did not care. After finally growing extremely tired of their poor quality of customer service I informed them to just keep the money since it appeared they needed or wanted it that bad. So now I am stuck with products I absolutely cannot use. What a total waste dealing with this company and certainly a lesson learned.
Nate helped me reorder. But it would be even easier if there was just a "reorder" button under my account tab.

From start to finish, ordering from this company was a nightmare. My order was delayed numerous times due to random issues like they needed my bosses ID to confirm they were ordering, formatted design was smudged and ruined, and customer service paused my order numerous times despite knowing my in hand date for things I had already approved. For next year we will be finding a different company.
I had an event in Thailand in 6 days (2 weeks minimum). No one there can rush me an order and over priced. I check this site and had nothing to lose. I ordered what I wanted in the USA all done for 3 day delivery... WOW. Too good to be true. I did not read my order confirmation said 10 day delivery. I ordered an item that can not be rushed. I chatted via text and super responsive.! They reviewed the order and made a change in the order AND added a logo on top! Got it completed. Just received confirmation of proof. Just what I asked. Chatted again to confirm delivery - confirmed by representative NATE. Awesome. Said FEDEX will send tracking - all I need!
Will used again. I'll update review once I get my order. Great job!
EASY WEBSITE
I was very happy with two of the three products I ordered. They arrived in time for the party I was co-hosting. The third product was a hassle to get the design approved and did not arrive in time. The customer service was just okay as I received multiple phone calls after I had already discussed and approved designs for certain products.
Good company to work with. They are realy great! Very nice and helpful agents! Would highly recommend them.
The white wording in the bands didn't print all the way
