The site was super easy to use. For most products! The guys there are efficient. The products are good and of amazing quality too.

Bad news: There were some issues with the artwork I had provided and the company didn't do a great job of communicating the problem to me, which held up the production of my job.

I placed an order and didn't get a receipt for my payment. Nate helped me in the online chat room and instantly sent me a PDF copy of my receipt. This was a transaction made w/ my work credit card and I had been trying for several days to get the receipt. He resolved my issue w/in a matter of minutes.

This is a super fast efficient company with great customer service :) Follow up on the phone after the purchase was excellent as well.
I find that Tim is a true Customer Service Representative. He went through the steps and when he discovered that the steps did not work for this situation he stayed on the chat and too other measures to solve the problem. At the beginning I was an irate and dissatisfied customer regarding this order. At the end of the chat he had me calmed down, and a solution to the problem. You need more Representatives like him.
