The company is great. I received everything when I was supposed to. The inside writing on the bracelet is not printed on (it's embossed) do you can't see it. So that isn't good.

The product was better than I expected. I have to warn you if your are new at this like I was... Pick a 12 to 14 font and keep it simple. Luckily, I had several phone conversations with customer service due to my errors. With that said however, they came out GREAT. Thank you... easy company to work with. Quality bands. The proof makes the design look bigger than it is actually printed out, completely deceiving buyers. I called customer service, and couldn't understand him. When he told me to email someone with pictures, I did and never received anything back. I am highly unlikely to come back here for more products in the future.
It was my first time using 24hourwristbands.com. Austin was so helpful, courteous, professional and knowledable. I would recommend them to anyone. I was a bit unorganized with my order and had to order, cancel and then order and then add to the order. Austin was so patient and professional with me. I talked more to him in 2 days than I have to anyone in a long time. My orders proof looked awesome and I am very happy. I will use them again.
Walter was knowledgeable and efficient. I own a bakery and needed to order over 200 glasses to be delivered in less than a week for a wedding. He immediately understood the design that I had in mind and executed my order efficiently. I am looking forward to receiving the shot glasses as I know they will be of great quality.
